We want honest judiciary
Recent incidents by military personnel either in trains or on road are very serious matter and the defence ministry has not taken it seriously. Throwing passengers from trains and quarrelling in markets has become a common feature for them. In fact after preliminary enquiry such personnel should be straight way discharged from their services without any future benefits. No leniency should be shown to them. They are not at all above the law and the Constitution. Now a days corruption and indiscipline in military department is as common as in executive and police. Thanks god that such epidemic disease does not yet infect the judiciary. But if the judges who are responsible to maintain the integrity and dignity of the judiciary succumb to undue desires and undue making of wealth the day is not far off when the democracy will be breathing its last breath. The politicians have left shame and in reality they have become political prostitutes like male and female prostitutes. Beware from the lust of wealth and possessions to which judges are not entitled. Be firm in decision-making process and do not give undue latitude to criminals by taking lenient view of the matters pending before them. Let courts be not ANUCHIT KSHAMA KI CHHARA CHHAYA.
