Let corruption prevail!

It is but natural those in the Indian democracy corrupt persons whether they are just government servants or bureaucrats or of any of the rank are appreciated by all politicians crossing across the party line. If such officers are to be discharged from services they are discharged in such manner that the orders are left with material lacuna so as to save them from the termination. Is M.P. Government was so incompetent to issue termination order of Dr.Yogiraj Sharma that his writ petition was allowed by the M.P.HighCourt. The state government is badly exposed. This government appears to be by dishonest persons for dishonest people by reasonable and relatively honest citizens. Why he was not removed under the rule of 50:20 with no stigma, as there was no enquiry ordered. It appears to be a well-planed act on the part of government. I have experience that on flimsy and trivial grounds small employees and even judges are removed from services for no fault of them and with no defect in discharge orders. The superiors behave like big fishes and swallow small fishes but cannot dare to swallow big and large ones, as they are perennial source of corrupt money and power and ‘pleasure’. The   present BJP government should be ashamed for its malignancy. An average citizen makes no difference with the ruling and opposite parties with reference to corruption. All sail in the same boat. Shame! Shame! and shame! 

Desist from lay -offs

The Prime Minister has asked the icons of industries he requested them not to shoot employees or give them lay-offs. He is right in all respect. It is true that there is international slump and there is also a sudden fall of business in the world. There is stringency in money also. But is to be remembered that Indian economy is much more strong than that of China. This is because China’s economy is based on thin margin of profit based on exports. In India we are not dependents on such type of economy we have all types of productions and we can afford import of sever items which we require in daily life. It is therefore required that there should be no firing of employees and lay-offs also, At the most what the Industrialists can do is  reduce some salary for time being with a promise to reimbursement of the same with some interest in future so that the employees may be able to earn their bread and maintain there families. It will not be exaggerating to say that Indian economy is presently much better than America and so many other European countries,

In M.P.interviews for the posts of Additional District Prosecuting Officers has begun. About 200 posts are to be filled in. As experts few District Judges/retired/sitting High Court Judges may participate in addition to Psychologists and other members. Generally a question is put to candidate that if he is selected for a post of civil judge he will resign from the post of ADPO.Candidates hesitate to answer, The reality is that it is only law faculty where there are several venues open to a law graduate and PSC cannot compel a candidate to continue on the a post for which he selected. Even Persons working as Engineers, Doctors etc, Apply for Indian Civil Services and the law does not prohibit doing so. Therefore there is no relevancy in asking such questions.

The second thing, which the candidates found themselves humiliated, was that the members interviewing the candidates had started Nashta-Pani at about 10 a.m.when the interviews commenced. This is against the ethics and code of conduct. It is ageist the Indian culture also. When such responsible persons including judges are sitting for interview they should not behave in such manner so as to cite bad example before them. Judges are expected not to allow the other members to do so. They are always expected to be above board. A judge of any rank in the hierarchy is a judge and has always to act in such manner so as that others may learn from him. Hope the members shall behave in rightful manner and will also be polite.

The government had prescribed 18 legal subjects for main examination and the way in which interviews are being conducted reveals that they are conducted it as if PSC has to recruit High Court or Supreme Court Judges or say Advocate General! Look to the post of ADPO which requires no such deep experience, Secondaly the stature and experience of fresh law graduates and the standard of legal education in M.P. which is certainly too poor, How government and the PSC can be inhuman?

In democracy it is presumed that the voter votes for a candidate who among others may be better in honesty and integrity. In Indian democracy such time has never arisen at least in my life. Though since I became entitled to cast vote I had been casting vote but every time I had doubt whether I should go for voting or not. Casting vote is a right coupled with moral duty also and generally it should not be waived. In present day situation the question is to which criminal, Bhu-Mafia, rapist, dacoit, black marketer, smuggler or a person engaged in narcotic drugs and women trafficking and other offences should be voted or voted out. Parties give tickets to such criminals and that too on caste basis, a particular class of people certainly go for voting and cast their vote en lot These elective members are worth nothing for a commoner as a commoner has no such undue or unreasonable work which is to be got done through political pressure, If some work of a commoner is being not done it can be accomplished by bribing a lower level personnel. Otherwise also bribe has to be given. There is no way out. The elective members charge very high. To day for the first time I have grown wiser and could develop capacity to rethink as to whether should I go for casting vote?

Do Vote for Mayavati!

This is electron season and the politicians are suffering from election fever. Mayavarti is suffering from Prime Ministerial fever and Dr. Comrades and other members of the team are treating her with support and also requesting people for prayers to make her prime Minister. She is also praying the people to save by making her prime Minister so that she may give the poor upper class people few crumbs and bits of reservation. Dear general class people for this only vote her party so that you may get the taste of reservation.

The question is from where the reservation will come? Javahar Lal Nehru had warned that in the name of reservation the standard of recruitment may not be weaken and incompetent people may not be admitted in jobs and services. But betraying him the Congress and subsequently all parties with a view to create vote bank of the reserved class the policy was ruined.

There was a ruling by the Apex Court that the reservation shall not exceed more than 50 percent. Now let us look to present position. The reservation is horizontal and vertical also; meaning there by if a candidate form reserved class gets more marks than the candidate of general class he will be allotted seat in general class and in place of his vacant seat some other person from reserved class will be recruited.

Seats reserved for military personals, freedom fighters kiths and kins and other reserved persons [women etc.] are to be recruited from general class. If seats from reserved class could not be filled in then the seats will be kept vacant for time immemorial till a suitable [!] candidate is recruited. Now the Supreme Court has said that this rule will not apply in case of OBC in case of admissions in educational institutions. Virtually this is no relief to general class. In educational and medical institutions teaching and treating staff could not be recruited for years together and the burden of workload is to be born by general class teachers. Class 4 employees do not work and if they are asked to work the officers are threatened that they will be prosecuted under SC-ST Prevention of Atrocities Act. Thus there is total mess in India.

 In addition after Mahajan Commission and in the regime of V.P.Singh new class of reservation for OBC-Backward class was started. This means that till yesterday those who belonged to general class overnight become reserved class people. Persons of this class having yearly income of Rs.4.5 lackhs and in U.P. Rs.5.00 lakhs become entitled to reservation in comparison to a peon of general class whose income is hardly Rs.75 thousand who will not be entitled to reservation facilities. This is called Indian Democracy. By raising the ceiling limit of income of OBC class govermenment has put the poor class of OBC to loss. As a son of an IAS, IPS, and alike services may afford to spend money for coaching etc.of their children and they will get admissions in educational institutions and will get jobs of their choice. Poor persons from OBC are unable to understand this situation and for no reason they are welcoming the unreasoned decision. In addition we have made reservation for Minority classes also. What a nice way of occupying power!

 Will people from unreserved class, In spite of this fact, like to vote in favour of Mayavati to destroy the warp and weft of the nation? 

Mamata Maya, Uma Sonia-Jaya least said is best. Therefore ignoring them all here  this is my comment on Nano-Modi n Tata. May this agreement bring prospects in Gujarat and eventually in nation. Let the honey -moon last long and nation progresses. Since a big industry-factory is being opened naturally all side industries and education facilities would be developed there. Modi has also proved to be a good decision making person. How ever the media and the politicians do not like because he is great non-secularist and not pseudo secularist. In the eyes of media he is great and worst terrorist than Osama-bil-laden. May it be in their eyes but in the eyes of public he is great star –Polar star-star firmament. Welcome. Without criticizing any one go ahead. Eagle does not hawk at flies bravo! The nation is with you.

Now one TV news channel has started dogging Bigg-Boss for its so-called obscenity and dirty viedio shows. I do not know what wrong it found in it. There is nothing wrong from any point of view. The show is far better than any advertisement, picture or serial broadcasted on TV channels. In fact the TV channels hate one another for their business purposes. When a contract fails they start black mailing with the company sponsoring it. Last year on the very morning of Divali festival one TV channel started emitting poison against  Amul Milk Company that the company prepares milk from synthetic materials and fertilizers. But the Amul Company  did not at all bother for such false TV show and the TV channel failed to get any advertisement by attempting to black the said milk company. The other example is that one channel of state based demanded advertisements for 6 crorers from state government and on refusal the channel is vomiting poison against the state government till now. It should be the case with Bigg- Boss. I am also viewing Bigg-Boss and I do not find any thing bad in it. On the contrary the normal human behavior is being depicted through it. There is no artificial acting of any scene but what the members do in their routine day-to-day life is shown and by no means worst or bad than Cinema or serial. One objection is about massaging to Rahul by girls. What abnormal is there? Nothing abnormal. The members of the House are alone and have no connection with the public or their families by any means and even then they have a normal behavior.  It is not at all bad in comparison to rape and dating scenes castled by cinema and serials. They are far better than the realities shows where the judges and artists fight like dogs and cats. Now the Maharashtra Congress has intervened in the matter against Bigg-Boss. It means when TV channel failed to black mail, it is on the political basis the channel wants to pin down it. This is all dirty game for their business. The channels have rivalry for business. Is the media custodian or guardian of the society and is it responsible to maintain the culture and integrity of the society? If yes let the Media and in particular TV channels should keep their Augean stable neat and clean. Indian TV channels are most dirty and nasty in their activities.

Why government likes white elephants? The reality is the ministers who are said to run government do not know any thing about the *****istration and are least concerned with policy matters. Their   only concern is money and power. They cannot take any decision independently. Every time they consult their bureaucrats and bureaucrats answer looking to the minister’s interest this way or that way. Are not they minions? This means the rule is by the bureaucrats and therefore even after changing of the reins of a government there appears no change in the *****istration.  The government at Center or in any state may be things are as they are.

Now look to a decision of the state government regarding Children’ Protection Commission. It will have 1 Chairman and 52 members. What will they do? They will eat, meet and flee to their respective places after pleasure journey to different states and visiting several places for sight seeing. Few lucky members who have push and pool in substance will go to foreign for ‘studying’ for children’ rehabilitation and so called other purposes. This is how hundred crorers of rupees will be spent and the public will be taxed. It is said that the decision has been taken at the behest of the Union Government. Government is government and such white elephants are required to be harbored to appease the political aspirations of so many obsequious persons.

Presently there is no such problem for which such recurring expenditure is required to be made. In fact this will also prove to be a grazing land for the political persons and bureaucrats. They will use the Commission as Protection of Commission’s Rights.  They will convert it to a meadowland. The IAS and IPS officer retired or seating will fight for seats required to be filled in from these classes and politicians will fight to fit their persons.

No one has time to look to the interest of children. After ban of child labor there is huge unemployment among theme and they are joining the hands of terrorists, Naxalists and criminals. Why governments do not open mini institutions under the present Industrial Training Institutes that are functioning all over India. Give short time training to them for about 3to 6 months and and provide meals to them and let they have their jobs selected for their livelihood so that they may earn a substantial sum. Perhaps yearly budget for the Commission will suffice the purpose every year’s expenditure on such training. Dear leaders and bureaucrats have some shame also.  

The Nanavati Commission has brought the cat out of sack. Lalu Yadav had a bias and tried to counter the Commission by appointing a parallel commission under the Chairmanship of Banargee. In fact that was against the norms and the High Court quashed the report. That report was submitted exactly before the Gujarat elections. But that report did not impressed the general public and it voted in favour of Modi.

Now the Nanavati report is out but not exactly before any elections. Parliamentary elections are due in the month of March-April and no elections in Gujarat. But the media has started shouting that the report was presented just before elections.  The media as usual could not digest the report and started weeping bitterly for such report and as usual started allegations against Mediate report was released in morning but till 8 p.m.on 25 th Sep.’08 the media was silent on the issue and there after all channels started emitting poison against Modi, the report and post Godhara episode. Why media is not worried about Godhara episode. Post Godhra episode was just befitting reply by the public and not by the government. In present days the people are reacting in the same manner by destroying public and private property and lynching people. What wrong did people of Godhara do? The act is by no way can be justified but what is to be suggested is the media is adversely bias with Modi, BJP and Hindu people also and favorably bias with Muslims and the Congress. It never bothered about Godhara episode and always worried about the post Godhara incident.   The media had tried; during elections in Gujarat, that BJP may not returned to power but alas it did not happen. Media has a habit of officious intermeddling without any reasoning and when it does it does for personal interests and against people as stated above. Commission gives clean cheat to Modi. The report should be welcomed by all sections of society.

Last time BSNL had requested its customers to ring a particular number to prevent unwanted calls. People did use the facility. But best known to it there was no use of such facility as in spite of this customers are receiving unwanted calls. The climax is that the BSNL is also making advertisement through SMS and that too cheating the customers. For example if customer gives a call to some one in stead of receiving tone from other side as to whether he is connected or not caller will receive a message that to get ring tones please press star [*]. Again some times a message is received directing that to get ring tones close this message. The customer pushes the button to delete the message and a new ring tone is being charged on mobile. Such act is done every time whenever the customer gives call to some one.  An innocent customer thinks that to connect the person called one has to push that button and does so and when the call is over the customer gets a message that Rs. 12/20 will be debited to the customer’s account. When a protest message is sent to the messenger on the same number from where the message of deduction was sent in return it is reported that the message is to wrong number. The customer does not aware which is the correct number to which he has to intimate about such cheating. In this way the BSNL must have grabbed crores of rupees from the customers. Such messages are being sent in mid night also. I would request the manufacturers of mobile instruments to make an arrangement to that the message system can be made inactive effectively so that customers would avoid receiving message in odd times.  The story of other mobile companies may not be different. Giving such messages on mobile or landlines amounts criminal act and fortuitous act also. Let BSNL correct it self otherwise it should be ready to face the music legal consequences in consumer forums and criminal courts also. Be aware of it.

 After blasts in Delhi by terrorist Muslims, BJP again demanded that POTA and TADA be reinforced. But the arguments on behalf of Congress are funny. When the Congress spokes man Singhavi and Pranab Mukarjee was asked about this they said that it is not possible for several reasons. Firstly the problem has not remained national one but has become international. Secondly NDA government misused these laws by booking Muslims in jails. Congress could not substantiate this argument when it was in opposition.  The other reason assigned by these leaders was Human Rights Commission has opposed it on the ground of several points.

One cannot be convenienced by such absurd arguments. If these are the reasons they are absolutely lame and presume that these laws are not being implemented to appease Muslim community with the assumption that by doing so Muslims would vote in favour of Congress. For Congress it is vote bank and not the national security that is important. According to these leaders terrorism could not be reduced when these Acts were in force. What a nice argument is. Why they make mockery of their knowledge. If terrorism is international problem Corruption, rape and murders are also international problems and the Indian Penal Code, Prevention of Corruption Act or Narcotic Drugs and psychotropic substances Acts should be annulled. They should not remain in force. Similarly last time Congress, Lalu and Pasvan said that there should be no ban on SIMI. Yes SIMI is also international problem and not only internal problem. But they want ban on Hindu organizations, as these organizations are national problem. Don’t we feel ashamed of these leaders? Shame, shame and shame to these so-called non-secularists. Human Right Commissions never earned good reputation as these organizations have mostly worked against Hindus knowing well that they were not at fault. Their role in Gujarat was very biased. . When question about Sania Mirza and Taslima Nasrin came these organizations did not interfered in these matters saying that no one complained to them and virtually they supported those who assaulted and threatened them. The Union Government is not giving the Presidential assent to laws framed by BJP ruled governments in Gujarat, M.P. and Rajastan for control of organized crimes. On the other side it says that these states are not controlling these terrorist activities. Dear Congressmen what about Delhi blasts?

When BJP was in power during debate over POTA and TADA Congress alleged that these Acts are being deliberately used against the Muslim community. But Congress could not substantiate the allegation. When it came in power it repealed these Acts for no reason. It was said that the present laws are sufficient to curb terrorism. BJP ruled governments had framed Law to prevent terrorism and the laws are pending before the President [virtually before the Union government] but till low after laps of time the President has not given assent to it. It is also with the ulterior motive that government does not want to allow such laws to come it force.

Resent bomb blasts in Gujarat and Rajastan wee well controlled by those states and they again insisted to have sanction for the state Acts but the Central government does not wish to move budge and inch in this respect. On the contrarily the Home Minister gave lecture to these government on their lapses in tackling the blasts and asserted that inspire of information given to then the state governments were careless. Very nice dear Home Minister. We appreciate his wisdom that has proved him self to be most weak and yes man. He is just a flag holder and flam bearer of Sonia and Rajeev Gandhi and nothing more. Will be able to know how he failed in Delhi to curb the blasts that took place on Saturday the 14^th instant? It is like nearer the church, farther from heaven.

Where those intelligence agencies had gone?

It is the duty of the public to throw the Union government from power. If the public fails to discharge its duty it has no right to blame the terrorism and one can say that the public has adapted the system of terrorism in the name of so called non-secularism and appeasement policy. Bear it with the system and accept few coffins, coffers and crumbs thrown to the kiths and kins of the victims.

Bal Thackeray and Raj Thackeray are, as a routine being criticized by Upians and Biharians. Their criticism may be right also but it does not mean the Thackerays are wrong. Let us tern to West Bengal and look to the Tanmasha being done by Mamata Banarjee. Is she working in favour of people of Bengal and  in favour of development of the state and in favour of employment to the people of Bengal? On one end the Maharashtra state and in particular the Mumbai and Pune area over burdened with the industrial growth and population and all equations are going adverse to the management of the state. It is just like camel waiting for the last straw to break its back.

The reality is this that crossing across the party lines no leader in these states is interested in the development of the said states. They find the easiest way to live Bihar or U.P.  in search of employment and the worst element in the society rules these states. What Mamata is doing is nothing different from the other leaders of these regions. Mamata had never behaved with rational, reasonable and logical way with other politicians. She had always in a fighting mood and not in a reasonable political attitude of agitation. The Singur episode is the result of her negative approach. As Medha Patkar did against Narmada Dam Project Mamata is doing on the same footings. If Bengal is developed people from that state, U.P.,Bihar and other adjourning states may also get jobs there.

Ratan Tata has threatened that if agitation continues in singur Tata would like to exit from there and would not worry for the loss caused to it. It is Mamata Banerjee who is leading the agitation about the allotment of land to Tata Motors. It is alleged that the land, which is agriculture land, is being acquired and there is no future for the agriculturists. The government has acquired and leased out the land to Tata. This has become a Tamasha all over India to make agitation against any land to be acquired by any government. In fact such agitations does not pay to such leaders in elections. People want development and employment and it can only be generated through such developments. If people do not want any such development then governments should stop acquisition of land .Let people suffer and remain unemployed and die of hunger. We want to lead ultra modern life with a mentality of medieval age attitude.

All said and done I would again request that the M.P. Government should offer the Bihad land [rough land] of Bhind-Mourena area to industrialists for several years on nominal lease rent with a tax holiday for at least 5 years so that the area may be developed and made free from decoits. People from that area may get jobs also. That area is near to UP, Rajasthan and Delhi and it is also on high way   from where rail, road and air connections in all sides/directions are also available. The states and the Union government should consider the proposal. The industrialists should also approach the state government. The present BJP ruled government is comparatively more honest than the then Congress government. Present C.M.is known for his liberal policies also. See that the people are benefited.

In an interview spokes man for Congress told that the W.B.government did not pay proper compensation and therefore all theses disputes arose. It is just evasive answer to the problem. In every state irrespective of rule of any party this situation arises because the landowners whose land is being acquired want, in addition to the compensation, other facilities like jobs and free housing also. That is purely an act of black mailing. If any one is not satisfied with the compensation he can ask for a reference to District Court under Section 18 of the Land acquisition Act and the District Court will decide the appropriate compensation. If the party is not satisfied it may approach to High Court and there after to Supreme Court. In any case the party cannot be sole arbitrator for his own cause.

Who is Nationalist?

What is happening about Amarnath and its shrine every one knows   and that subject will be dealt separately. Last day What Geelani said is very important. I see his statement in the light of Narendra Modi. Once modi said that the union government is treating Gujarat on step brotherly way and giving insufficient grants. He further added that the he has capacity to manage the Gujarat state from the revenue which is being recovered from Gujarat it self and the Central aid is not required. What ever is contributed by Gujarat through taxes for the Central should be returned to it. He spoke some thing real. The Congress party members created hue and cry over the matter. The TV in the hands of dawns started barking over the statement for whole day. But the reality was that what Modi told was correct. Congress wanted to prosecute him for waging war and and sedition under section 123 and 124A of the Indian Penal Code. Modi challenged and said that he would like to face trial.

But whole media ignored the news of Geelani. Congress did not take notice of it and anti nationalists supported his statement. What Geelani said is that J&K should be merged with Pakistan. He spoke truth of what Indian Islamic mentality thought. These persons while living in India loves not only Pakistan but also spread hate rate against India and Hindus. But the media does not care for this type of treachery and treacherous activities. The media can dare to speak against Modi, Hindus and Indian nationalist whom it treats as non-secularist.

Last time Faruq Abdullah and company spoke about duel currency system in J&K and asked the government to allow Pakistani currency in that state. This was also not taken note by the media and politicians. The reality is like Bollywood most of the media is also controlled by dawns and foreign aid. Those persons against whom the cases under Sections 123 and 124A of I.P.C. should have been lodged are treated as patriotic and Modi, BJP, Indians and Hindus are treated as anti nationalists. What a nice idea!

Be Happy Dear Musharraf!

Musharraf goes but in a democratic way. He was asked to resign or to face impeachment. Good sense prevailed on him and preferred to go as president. He should not leave Pakistan as it his native nation though he may have to face legal battle but as a soldier he should face any   trial if any. The present government should also show grace to him though he did not show such greatness and generosity to any one. He undermined the judiciary the backbone of any democracy. Though Pakistan never remained as democratic country in the real sense but in any case the judiciary is always the foundation stone of democracy. Indian politicians and in particular the all sorts of Communists should know it.

Even when Mush goes, for India it is neither sad nor good news as the present government is too weak to rule Pakistan and I certainly fear that again the military government will come to power. It is not just bookish proverb that unity is strength but it is reality and that Pakistani and Indian people lack. Same is the case in Asia region and Africa also. So far as Pakistan is concerned no government can rule there unless it befools people there on the basis of Islam and Kashmir issue. These two issues do not allow it to progress. The trouble with every Islamic country is Islamic religion. The Islamic counties have not yet switched over from the mediaeval period and so long as their mentality is such they cannot do any thing except to feed terrorism, as Islamic terrorism is the representation of the middle age, the barbarian attitude. This terrorism has not helped the Islamic religion nor helped any Islamic country to progress. The use of religion has been to keep the Islamic people in fear and terror. So long as Islamic counties will clinch on to religion for ruling nations no county whether Islamic or not will be happy as the Muslim population is and had been a deciding factor.

After resignation of Mush India should take on guards as it is well said that known devil is always better than unknown angle. Who so ever may rule, be sure there will be no change in the attitude of Pakistan. It is not the person that matters but it is the quality of a ruler that matters. Unless any ruler comes up above the middle age mentality things will go as they are. 

This is also time for Hindus of India and Nepal to learn lesson from Islam that it is not the religion on the basis of which these counties can be ruled. Fortunately for Hindus they rightly make a distinction between rule by religion and rule by law of the land. The Congress should also learn that policy of appeasement of minorities would not at all help for neither the development of minority classes nor the nation.

The resignation of Mush has taught us much more than what he did for  Pakistan, whether good or bad. Thanks Musshubhai!

Are we independent?

We got independence not ONLY because of Gandhi but it is the history which will reveal thousands of great nationalists had sacrificed their life prior to and after 1857.But we are made to understand and called upon to believe [rather compailed to believe] that it was only Gandhi-Nehru because of whom we got independence. Perhaps they were the persons who were least tortured   by the then British Government. They also suffered least inconvenience and availed the full opportunities of leading their calm and quite life. And on the contrary for them the dish of independence was ready and to be laid before them on the table of power.  It is because of them we are bearing the heat and scorching of Pakistan and Kashmir problem. We always forget the contribution of Veer Savarkar, Bal-Pal and Lal, Bhagatsing, Subhash Chandra Bose and others. We can dare to call Savarkar as disloyal to the nation and treacherous. It was only Vallabhabhai Patel because of whom we as 512 princely states were united. Had Shyama Prasad Mukharjee been alive after 1953 we could get success in Kashmir also but it is only because of Gandhi and Nehru we are made to suffer? Post independence Nehru was in haste to become Prime Minister and became so. After the death of Gandhi Congress started making people emotionally black mailing in the name of Gandhi-Nehru and there after we are reluctantly and with all disgust mind and averseness tolerating the rule by Modern Gandhi -Nehru dynasty. Thus in totality we are not free citizens of so called independent India.

And now I fear after the Black – Day of 22^nd July that Indian politics is in the hands of terrorists, Mafia gangs, dawns, and political mafia gangs. As we hear news it  is our impression that  the big industries, most of the media, Bollywood and share markets are being ruled and controlled by them.

Lack of work culture

The Union Government has enhanced the salaries of its employees as per the recommendations of the 6^th Pay Commission with some modifications. Prima facie it is a welcome act of the government. As rituals after every 5 years the government appoints Pay Commission for re fixation of pay and allowances. Elections are ensuing and for that it was also necessary to take immediate decision and government under time bound programme did it. For it was a question of life and death for its return to power in next election. The Delhi government has also done the same

All the state governments will now face the problem of strikes and other agitations by their employees demanding interim relief .It will have to be granted, as these governments will have no choice.

In normal course the employees are in real sense entitle to such pay hike and should be given in due course. But it is a vicious circle. There is no end. The employees get enhanced pay and other allowances but in any case they do not work. Whether it is a government office or government controlled companies or nationalized institutions like banks or corporations or companies the universal rule is not to work. There is no work culture. One cannot get one’s work done in one stroke. The employee concerned will also make this or that excuse and will try to avoid work at least for that moment and for that day also and he will feel pleasure for avoiding the said work of that person. Though the employees will get pay and allowances as per the Six Pay Commission but they are not working as per the expectations of the First Pay Commission. No employee of any rank from lowest rung to top rung in the hierarchy works without bribe is the rule. Pay is right and bribe is unimpeachable privilege of such employees. As the governments have failed to prevent corruption and terrorism they have also failed to control the well organized gangs of unions of employees whose sole aim is not to work and exploit people and governments. Even if governments increases the salary of an employee of the lowest rung to one lakh rupees he will not stop taking bribe as employees have subdued in corruption.

The inflation rate has gone to more than 12.40 and by t5he time of elections it will rise to 18 percent and the employees will enjoy the taste o hike in pay and prices both.

I had an opportunity to read letters by Prof.Pothen and by Mathew Nalumacky In Free Press,Indore. When it comes to religion it is above reason and logic and one cannot be convinced by any argument of any nature. However we should consider these views in right perspective and should also read in between the lines.  Though we live in modern age and enjoy all benefits of the said age but by attitude and aptitude have not changed and we like and behave like aboriginal tribes and people of medieval age. We commit mistake when we speak of celibacy with reference to religion. We have always taken a narrow sense of the word celibacy. We expect persons concerned directly with service of god- the almighty should by no means indulge with sex and should wear a particular form of dress, grow beard, moustaches and hair. They are expected not to mix with society and should not be social as human beings are. But at the same time they are expected to serve the people in the shrines etc. This is not at all broad thinking. If we see most of such people are indulged in materialistic activities and are least concerned with religious activities. Merely by living in a particular style and attire one does not become a priest or so. His all attention is in making money. I think celibacy has nothing to do with religion or leading such life. Why a married one cannot be priest  [or say him by any other name for any other religion]. What is expected is he should be a man of chastity and this is expected from every human being as nature has bestowed us with reasoning power. Who on earth or from heaven told that such priest couldn’t be a priest without celibacy? Even the religious heads of any religion may be and are married persons having their families. If one were not meant to have sex one would not have been given the body parts to do it. Our ancestors had made such rules    in old ages when social, economical and scientific development was not made.

 Let priest and like persons should live with their families and they will be more devoted with the service of god. The true meaning of celibacy should be chastity that is non-violence, truthfulness, non-stealing and non-possessiveness known as moral restraints. In addition purity, contentment, self-study, worship of god and austerity are called moral   restraints and observances. It is nearly impossible and impracticable to live in celibacy if we mean thereby to have no sex at all either physically or mentally. By visualization one may indulge in sexual activities.  Who can stop? . A man should not parade in such fashion. Even Gandhi fell off wagon of this one. Our approach should be apriori. Under Section 60 of the Transfer of Property Act at any time after the principal money has become due the mortgagor has a right on payment of mortgage money to redeem the mortgage property from the mortgagee. If is true that Somnath Chatterjee is not in controversy why there should be rumors about him? Some body speaks that he will resign on 12 th August and few speak that he is to be appointed as High Commissioner in England. May it be true but one thing is sure that if things are normal why he should not continue till new Lok Sabha is formed and come in to being. Other wise also he can remain as Chairman till then. GEETA Ch.3- verse 35

Verse No. 35 Ch.3 of the Geeta is as under: -

|  Shreyan Swaddharma Vigunah paradharmat swanusthitat,  |

 |  Swa dharame nidhanam shreyah paradharmat bhayavahah  ||

One’s own duty, though devoid of merit, is preferable to the duty of another well performed. Even death in the performance of one’s own duty brings blessedness another’s duty fraught with fear.

In 1950’s –60’s a Hindi magazine had a habit to criticize Hindu religion on every count.

What it said and misinterpreted about this verse is that this verse teaches us that our religion is far better than other’s religion. This used to be done with ulterior motive to disregard Hindus. There are several instances of like nature.

Here religion [Dharma] means the duty. One may be doing difficult operation and the other fellow may be doing post mortem There fore this does not mean that the duty of postmortem performed by the doctor with the help of sweeper is of mean [lower] nature. What is required is a person where ever he is employed-engaged or deployed should try to perform his duty with perfection and should not have any malice, aversion or eye on other’s duty. It does not matter where one is. He may be at the top rung or the lowest rung of the hierarchy but what matters is how one performs one’s duty with perfection. 

      What Gandhiji thought was the true source of rights is duty. If we all discharge our duties rightly, rights will not be far to seek. In his satirical writings    G.B.Shaw said is again really relevant   on present day situation. He says when a stupid man is doing something he is ashamed of [perhaps to this extent he was not speaking for Indian politicians]; he always declares that it is his duty. Therefore what few Indian Parliamentarians deed is that they took cash for vote or for abstaining from voting   and now they say that it was their duty to save government. In fact the duty was to remain with the party or to resign from their respective parties. What Shaw did not dare to say I say it with confidence that they did is certainly a stupid act. Now they are expelled from their respective parties and will have no fate at all. This is the death in Par Dharma and therefore it is Bhayankar. [Perplex or dire situation] One always forget and ignores the fact that it is the party through which people know him and it is not he through whom party is known. One who thinks above party has to die and in the eyes of public they are politically dead [death in Par Dharma] by losing their soul [Atma] forever. It is immaterial that they may win next election. What is material is public has lost faith in the government and such members. Modern politicians say that they have no Dharma [Duty-Karma] and therefore the nation is Dharma Nirpeksh [secular]!

What a mockery of Indian democracy. The media could comfortably digest the bribe issue. For it the issue was so called foul game played by BJP. Lalu says there should be Narco test of the three Parliamentarians Yes it can be done but at the same time test should be performed on those whose names are alleged in the scandal. In India after 60 years of independence we have freed corruption and it has become so strong that in politics and the bureaucratic field presumption is about corruption and not about integrity and honesty.

A Journalist has written in a newspaper that Advani wanted to make such drama so as to compel the Speaker to adjourn the session to avoid voting. According to him Advani had hoped that the sting operation could be telecasted during the Parliamentary session but according to him the plan was most unsuccessful. What a noble imagination is of the journalist. Those who watched TV channels could easily view how false is the statement. Sushma Swaraj had categorically told that BJP would after discussions are over claim for division of vote. After incident when House resumed its work no member from BJP or other party interrupted the proceedings and the matter could reach to its end.

Creating imaginary stories in the belief that people will believe at par is wrong notion of the media.is the the past time and occupation of media.  This is all done with an intention to under mind the main issue and to divert the minds of the public to some other trivial issue which has no bearing on the  main issue.

Man Mohan Singh has proved that he is not exception to present Indian politics. Till yesterday people had misconception that he will create history by proving his probity in life but he did it otherwise by showing the jet-black day for Indian democracy. July 22^nd 2208 will be remembered as such. History will not excuse.

The media calls the absentees and the people who cross voted as Vibhishans but it is not so. The aim of Vibhishan was a to end the atrocities of Ravan and therefore he relinquished his relations and broke the family ties with him and joined the hands of Lord Ram. But here all these persons without breaking their ties with respective parties shook hands with UPA. How can they be Vibhishans. In fact they are Dogala persons that is crooked and cheaters. Though horse-trading is proverbial phrase but in fact it was an act of purchasing Bakaras from Bakara Mandi for the purpose of sacrificing them to remain in power. Therefore these members were not Vibhishans but Bakars of this Kali Yug.

The BJP and Comrades absolutely failed in their strategy, knowing the fact that hardly 9 months have left for elections even then they compailed the UPA to take such stapes to move motion of confidence in the Parliament. This was their political failure. When BJP came to know well in advance that its whip will be crucified by its party members the better course was to abstain from voting. Before voting what happened in the Parliament is known to all. Why the party showed feigning attitude and voted there in the Parliament. Had party abstained from voting it could have saved its face too? The NDA never took the public in confidence by holding meetings at different places by making the public aware of the pros and cons of the N-Deal. As against this the UPA was quite successful in doing so.  

The media and the legal experts said that the bribe money should not have brought in the Parliament, as it was breach of privilege. But remember that it was a part of proof of allegations maid by the party and challenge given by Man Mohan Singh. Therefore nothing wrong was done by Argal the Member of Parliament. The allegation of bribing the members was prima facie proved and there requires no strict proof for that as the things speak for them self.

The main issue of rise in prices and inflation was left behind like Gattu of Sas Bahu and Beti serial.

People like me had by different letters through news papers and blogs had reminded about the fact which we were anticipating but the over wise ness and over confidence bought this day to be seen by public which was expecting much better from BJP.

The Muslim candidates who spoke in the Parliament were very vehemently spoke against BJP for the so called non secular attitude of it but at the same time praised Man Mohan Singh for providing special package of funds and privileges to them. Thus to be non-secular for Muslims is secularism in India was an accepted theory by Congress and UPA. A Punjabi member bluntly spoke and supported Man Mohan Singh being Sikh and asked all Punjabi members to vote in his favour. Thus this time the secular face of India was also exposed in the Parliament

Our nation has in fact not remained a democracy [if at all it was] and has converted it to kakistocracy. The meaning of the word is rule by the least able or least principled of citizens or least qualified to govern are the people who control government- the most corrupt people. This word was used for Bush administration in America and I am using it for his counter part in Indian administration.

 It is humble request to go through Swiss bank black money, secret money and is India poor site and one will know what is the reality behind the India’s economy and why India is, is and is poor. Indian black money report says about $1500billion in foreign reserve that has been misappropriated an amount 13 times is larger than the country’s foreign debt, one needs to rethink is India a  poor country.

The recent rate for saving the UPA government is 25 to 30 crorers. From where would such money come, if I say something it will certainly small capacity and tall talk because our Prime Minister and the Finance Ministers are renounced economists. Even then I would dare to submit some thing odd though general public may not directly enjoy the black money it self but can certainly dream about such money that may, In future come in their hands through developments in the country.

 How it is possible let us look. India should officially open Jet Black Bank of India on the Swiss black money banking lines. It should be kept beyond the preview of judicial review and hence such law should be put on the Schedule 9 of the Constitution of India. If the law is challenged the expert advocates on Constitutional side should argue that the law cannot be reviewed as it is the policy matter! There after permit any one on the earth to have his account opened in that bank and the amount deposited will never be subject to any accountability. Their would be absolutely secrecy of such accounts and no one even the courts would not be allowed to exercise any jurisdiction under any article of the Constitution including Article 32 and 226-227.Hoe ever the government shall have right to use such money as interest free loan! If it is done the financial position of India will improve a lot. I hope any political party may come in power and in particular BSP or Congress comes to power these parties can with the help of their strong back ground of experience manage the affairs of the bank well though they may not be able to manage the affairs of the nation! It is well said that the experience counts! There is no other party that can learn by the experience of these parties. Let the black money [not the truth] prevail. Let people vote these parties only!  If my suggestion is accepted I may be given some subsistence allowance only and no more money!

 UPA govt is to face the confidence motion in Parliament on21-22 instant, it does not matter whether it wins or loses what matter is Prime Minister Man Mohan Singh has proved himself to be most failure person to be PM of the nation. He may be good economist and his F.M. may also be so but the price rising of all consumable and non-consumable goods could not be controlled. It is phenomenon of the congress that whenever it has come to power there is always price rice and scare city of goods in the nation. It is also immaterial that whether he is honest or not. I have yet to see a politician as a class who is honest. The greatest draw back is his inaction or no action in ruling the nation. What was done during the regime was widening of the scope of reservation for OBC, SC-ST and minority classes and financial assistance to them by going out of way. He and his team did not do any thing. He could not take the Parliament in confidence on the question of N-Deal and has to face the unpleasant music. No one wants that this government whose period is hardly 9 months should go, as this will create more financial burden on the nation. Another thing is Rahul Gandhi is in queue for the said post and therefore also Man Mohan Sing has no free hand

What has happened to our judiciary, which is internationally known for its independent, impartial, above board thinking and working? Previously a judge of the Supreme Court had resigned a fine evening and on the very next day he submitted papers for election to Rajaya Sabha from Congress and was also elected. Another High Court judge who after retirement was given assignment also resigned a day before submitting form for Rajay Sabha and was also elected on Congress ticket. Thus it is Congress who had [has?] certainly under hand political dialogues with such judges before they were relieved from their job and has power to influence judges. Is this not a fact? Recently Mulayam Singh also alleged against one judge. A judge, two months before his retirement, decided several cases relating to Gujarat state and on the next day had an interview with one TV channel where he vomited venom against Narendra Modi. Recently in Hydrabad it was frankly admitted by some judge that generally media influences the judgments and orders of the courts. The higher judiciary with this proposition and taking it for granted that it is above board and is free form any influence is in habit of giving over dose of sermons to District Judiciary   about its integrity The Higher Judiciary never takes pain to know the problems, the circumstances under which the District Judiciary is working and how better training should be imparted to its members.

I know late justice M.W.Deo who before his elevation was posted as District Judge, Mandaleshwar-Khargoan [M.P.]. During his tenure of posting there he did not hear any case arising out of  Sanavad Tahasil as his laws belonged to that Tahasil. This is called up-rightness and to work above board.

I have started doubting about judiciary that it is also not free from the air blast of globalisation, materialim and consumerism. It is hoped that the concerned judicial authorities should see that judiciary is one homogeneous institution and every one in the hierarchy whether at top or lowest rung has his own importance and dignity. It is a complete chain and if any one hook is broken from the chain it will not remain the chain. Let judgments and orders passed by judiciary may not be blatant, vapid and insipid!!

Where are those Congresses who claim that they are the followers of Mahatma Gandhi. Have not they reduced him to the rank of show case goods and brand ambassador of Congress?

To defend the Congress from outvoting of the power what not they are doing. One politician says that Congress is purchasing parliamentarians for 25 crores and the other says the rate is 30 crorers each. The wonderful part is this allegation is neither rebutted by any politicians and does not wish to repudiate it also. The matter was pending for last 4 years but now all of a sudden it is decided that the airport at Lucknow will be named after Chodhari Charan Sing. . It was Congress who voted out his government and now it is meeking before his son Ajit Singh for favour who has another list of demands and says that he is not satisfied with the naming the air port in his father’s name. Shibu Soren having 5 members is demanding that he and his one party member be made union minister and he should be given the department of Coal. With an eye over Muslim vote in this motion of confidence and for ensuring future vote bank the government has taken several decisions including reimbursement of educational fees and other several facilities.    The industrialists are meeting the Congress leaders .The simple reason should be through their purse money might be distributed. Oh Congresses!   Mahatma Gandhi had said that not only the aim but also the means should be fair and honest. Do Congresses remember this quotation? Where is the so-called Prime Minister in waiting Rahul Gandhi who claims him self to be up right is keeping silence.

In Andhra Pradesh Sonia, encashing the name of farmers says the N-Deal is essential for the electric power energy and there fore this deal is in the interest of the farmers. Very nice what a unique idea! Is there any infrastructure created for generation of nuclear energy? Is there any cabinet decision and budgetary provision for the same? Why it is not made public as to what cost people will have to pay per unit? Will it be cheaper than the conventional system? Look to Dabhol project that became fiasco, as the charges are very high. The reality is that the agriculturists will get free electricity as is presently done and heavy charges will have to be paid by the middle class persons. The initial estimative cost for power generation would be about 15,000 crorer rupees. Will India afford such cost?

Those who do not oppose the deal but the mode of execution are not hitting below the belt and just arguing round about the subject. All politicians as a class are great cheaters of the nation. We are ashamed of such leaders. We are also ashamed of ourselves that we are just selfish and our blood does not boil. We just talk of probity in life but do not act upon it. What we do is road justice and lynching activities

Sonia says she does not require any certificate for her Rashtra Bhhakti. Remember no body wants to give the same to her. Her existence is because the Congresses have no unity to accept any stalwart as leader and hence they depend on the dynast and these people like to be reined by such person. Therefore her existence is because of differences in congress leadership. Secondly the way adopted by the Congress and supported by her and Rahul also disqualifies her to have such certificate.

N-DEAL

 After the announcement by Prime Minister that the government will go ahead with the deal Comrades have declared to withdraw the support. They were supporting the UPA govt. from out side. The reason for support was to keep the non-secular forces [BJP] away from power. For last 4 years they continued to support and also kept their psalmody of withdrawal .It appears that now they have no fear from non-secular forces and now the N-Deal that is irritating them. Who don’t love political power and who don’t want it? The Samajvadi and Congress parties were sword enemies a day before and now they became friends. This is not because Smajvadi Party has to do any thing with N-Deal but it is only because it is concerned to secure better position in Parliamentary elections. Therefore it is supporting Congress in the Center. Why Samajvadi Party from the very beginning of the talks on N- deal did not come with a clear stand that it will support the Congress on this issue though Comrades from the very beginning are against it. Again the Samajvadi Party was in search of an issue to enter in the rehabilitation camp for shelter after receiving a solid and violent knock down from Mayavati in U.P.general elections. Mulayam Singh had been in habit of pulling a long bow.  Now he has forgotten his arrogance and contemptuousness. He had lost his and his party’s ground in that election. He is searching a new field for getting face saving seats in the next ensuing Parliamentary elections. He knows that if there is a pact between his and the Congress party his dream may come to reality.  

These shameless politicians are now using the name of Dr.Abdul Kalam to save their faces. What Amar Singh says is more ridiculous. He says that few party men had a talk with him for more than an hour and Kalam could convince how the deal is useful, he also says that the PMO house and the IB swung with Mulayam. . What a nice excuse by Socialists! But for last 4 years Comrades could not be convinced. Indian Socialists have the inherent character of changing loyalties and always behave like chameleon. Will these opportunists make clear how long they will support UPA in the parliament? Will such support continue till the new elections are held or it is a compromise for N-Deal only?

No body gave importance to the statement of L.K.Advani. He was very clear in his views. He had said that his party is not against N-Deal. He suggested that the agreement should be redrafted so as to make it clear that the sovereignty of India is not impaired by the inspection of the Indian nuclear arms and ammunition. His suggestion was that the Hyde Act should not come in way and India should be free to have test of N-Bombs at any time the nation likes. His one more version was that the papers should be tabled in the Parliament so that the nation is entitled to know what the deal is. His suggestions were conveniently overlooked.

What nonsense in secular India. The Congress and Socialists are arguing that the deal is not against Muslims and Muslim ideology. Thus the criteria of national security will have to be decided on the ideology of Muslims.

It is frequently and repeatedly said that we want electric energy and by entering into the Treaty India may generate such energy. Will government explain the cost of such energy and the cost per unit to be paid by the consumer and whether it will be comparatively cheaper or not?

The way in which things are going on there appears to be some unfair game which may hit the sovereignty of India. The alert citizens should have vigilance over all such affairs.

COMMENDAR OF DECISION

Without repeating the back ground about holding and wavering of Pakistani flags and shouting slogans by Kashmiri Muslims against India and the decision of giving few acres of land to Hindu shrine for time being the PDP withdrew the support of ruling party. There after what happened every body knows. When ever BJP calls for bandh or any other agitation the anti BJP parties and media take it for granted that it is agitation against Muslims. This is how the impression is created. This is all with a view that if the minds of Muslims are not packed with such theory lest they may believe in BJP ideology. The reality appears to be that the BJP and Muslims have no show averse to each other and that is equally true with Hindus and Muslims also. The BJP should come forward and see that the misunderstanding between the different communities is subsided. This will restore peace in the nation.  The problem is that the Congress and the other so called secular parties have no faith in themselves   that these parties will be able to secure votes of general public and therefore these parties exclusively depend upon the policy of reservation to few classes of society and granting special status in the name of minorities, special facilities and some subsidy also in the shape of crumbs and bits 

No community is inherently bad and not even Muslim and Christian communities.   The point to be remembered is that it is every individual who is free to take his own decision in every matter and the religious heads have nothing to do with any decision by an individual. Look to Hindus. No one is guided and regulated by any saint or any other religious head. The word Fatava is absolutely foreign in Hindu mythology. Therefore they are masters of their decision and not cat’s paw. One should be master of one’s soul. If this is not done the so-called heads, that keep the people of a community in fear of imaginary malediction will take undue advantage of their emotional feelings. Such people should also come out of the hallow of thoughts of superstition

May lend ears not the decision making power.

 There is a news in the news paper that during curfew period the staff of the MY. Hospital, Indore was dozing. It made surprise to none. Perhaps there was nothing abnormal also. Recently there was another news that in a plane which was going from Mamba to Jaipur having 100 passengers had lost the radio connectivity for few seconds as the media reported that the pilot went doze off. It is a common feature where 24 hours working is there and the working staff is required to work continuously for more than reasonable period. They get fatigue and require rest. And when they take a nap or doze it becomes a matter of criticism by media and few persons who are affected there by. This is because they think form their point of view and not from the point of view of the staff. One feel grumpy when one is tired. One is more reactive to emotional situation when one does not get enough sleep. Deprivation affects the part of the brain responsible for keeping irrational thoughts and behaviour in check. The Bent publication has also made study on this point.

One can make one self-alert, reduce stress and improve conjunctive functioning with a nap. If one gets proper nap during or off the duty hours one may develop more patience, less stress, better reaction and more efficiency. The adverse effect is that a person may take more time to react to a situation, judgment making process and better performance.  May it be projected in different different manner napping is a part of Yoga Kriya [action].

Therefore what is required is a positive approach. The persons responsible for managing the work should give proper rest to staff if the staff is required to perform more duty hours than normal and at the cost of the management some snacks and tea should also be served from time to time. This is more important in transport, police, and like departments The Pay Commission appointed by government of MP should also take notice of it and the employees unions should also try to make their point arguable before it.

Recently on bangala TV show there was a dance and music compitetion and on e teenaged child named Shinijini were on stage for her performance .The so-called learned judges of the show rebuked her and she was paralised. It is not more than 8 days she has not returned to normal life nor her voice has restored. For last few years this has also became business-a Tamasha to exploit the young generation. To get cheap popularity parents also send their children for such competitions. The parents do not hesitate to administer steroids to these children for metabolic changes so that they may look elder and earn huge money. The children are not matured to understand the politics behind the show games. They are also not able to face defeat, if any in such reality shows as they think them self as Lata Didi, sahagal or Helen. This is all because of their immaturity. It is said that the judges are matured but their behavior is childish. There is always fight between them self.

To gain more TRP the TV channel spend most of the time in showing those who are   being dropped from the competition. They call the competitors on the stage and humiliate them also. My point is why all should be called on stage and there after making farce by the anchor for some time and to make the losers in wait for several minutes and then to say in loud and shouting voice that ‘you are dropped’. It is sufficient to say about the selection of the contestants and to focus on them and not to focus on the losers so that they are not humiliated and insulte
