Mr. Karan Tappar , had some interesting Question , which Ms. Indra Jai Singh , a Well Known Supreme Court Lawyer and Working hard to Push this Bill in the Parliament , not able to answer what she want from the Domestic Violence Act and what will be the Punishment for those who misuse it to fulfill their Illogical Demand and want to earn money in dishonest Way .

1. " Your wife asked Rs.1000 /- form you for a Kitty Party , but you able to pay Rs.800 /-."

- Now your wife can go complain against you, that this is a Economical Abuse, as she insulted in front of her Friends for not paying Rs.1000/- for Kitty Party. As per present Domestic Violence Act , the same is Punishable offence and the Husband along with all his relative should be thrown out of House .

2. If your dishonest wife had a adultery relationship , now if you want to ask why she had a adultery relationship , this will be a mental abuse and your dishonest so called women ( may be girl friend , wife , ex wife or any women ) , can put a complain against you and all your family members and can be thrown out of house .

3. Verbal abuse and mental harassment , both a husband and wife are equally capable , then why the same is punishable only for Husband ??

At last the conclusion was the Act is a very Badly draft Act , and the word , Verbal Abuse , Mental harassment , Economical abuse , will create a lot of Job Scope for Dishonest People ( Like Modern Suparnakahs and Ravans ) , to get easy money and Blackmailing Tools .

We wonder, our Women organization are really concern for Modern Sita or want to Promote Only Modern Suparnakhs and Ravans ???

Mr. Mahesh Tiwari , express that a lot of IIT ,IIM graduate are approaching him to became a Lawyer immediately , as they feel in India there will be very Good Scope to earn huge Money , as a lawyer instead of IIT and IIM .

Few years back until we faced the reality with the situation of IPC498a (non-bailable, non-compoundable offence) which is worse than TADA or POTA, we never consider the effect of the misuse of the same and how this will spoil the basic foundation of institution of marriage of Indian Society. Seating on fence one will feel the same situation.

With all our sincere respect to all of you, we request one of you to go the court, check with lawyer and judge. They will tell the real stats and misuse of act and abuse to age old mothers, sisters (including pregnant), father and husbands.

Now to kill the left out family and spoil the institution of marriage this Domestic Violence Bill Proposed by a gang of people who are secretly working .

Regarding DV Act Peco Chakravatru says: "In case of 498a, often it is possible to
prove in a black and white way that you are innocent. You can show
Cheque books, credit card bills and bank statements. But Domestic
violence is very vague to define. If you shout a bit loud, even that
can considered as DV. Now, they are saying it will be non-bailable.
The bank accounts will be frozen. The man would be thrown out of his
house and woman can stay (right to matrimonial home). Moreover, man
has to keep paying maintenance to woman by default even if she does
not apply for it."

We must understand, putting a Criminal Case against some one is not a Joke or ordering a PIZZA. If you punish a single innocent and send to jail for atleast for a day also, definitely he will come in contact to other real Criminal and after coming out from Jail what he will do???

So our sincere request to review the same immediately , as already 498a тАУ A strong Blood Cancer already there , this DV Act will totally Kill the Institution of Marriage .
Resulting the Crime against women, illegal business, dishonest way to earn the money , blackmailing will reach in world top most level . Whole world will make us fool and will be able to weaken our basis foundation of the Indian Society. They will make fun of our Judiciary and Criminal Cases. Because in India still we fight for our Mother, sister. We canтАЩt tolerate if any one try to abuse and send them to Jail in false case.

So if you really want to save the Institution of Marriage

It is great what Swarup wrote. But he make an excellent point, the
newspaper editor is not going to publish that. Remember, newspapers
prints what they can sell. Unless, there is sensational news like a
guy picking up a gun and killing whole family of his in-laws, they are
not going to print. Why should they as females are the weaker sex
since the birth of this great country which has been dominated by men.
Even couple of incidents like I mention above will fail to put the
abuse of 498(a) or the misery and humiliation associated by it as the
incidents will be labeled as crimes and will not be analyzed.
Our country is a country of corruption, misery that treats its own
citizen like second class citizen, not worth living. When our own
beloved politicians are coming up with such new laws to protect the
weaker sex, without realizing or assessing the social situations, what
more can be said! These steps are not being taken to protect the
females of our society; this is being done to protect their vote
bank┬Е. This is being done to satisfy few sections of the society so
that tomorrow when the time comes, they can stand on the election
platform and claim that they have done so much for the social reforms.

India is the only country which claims, "CLAIMS", to be a democratic
country and do all the above shit. Only in India one will find such
huge gap of gender inequality when it come to law. Yes, there was a
time when Indian women were traumatized; dowry was a problem, but not
any more. I am not going to say that there are problems with dowry
etc, but the misuse of the laws by the same `weaker sex' of the
society outnumbers any such misuse. How are we going to solve this
issue as no one seems to be listening? I mean ┬Ц NO ONE ┬Ц IN POSITION
OF POWER TO DO SOMETHING!

At least other countries, who are not so called, `democratic', of
this world do not pretend to be democratic country and do otherwise.
Only in India, a human life is so cheap and once caught under the
system, an individual basically looses so many years of his life, not
to talk about mental tension, stress, humiliation etc.

Is there any hope?????
At least there are some people who are throwing stones in a sea! Lets
hope it creates enough ripple to attract attention of someone who are
bold enough, capable enough, in a position enough to do something
about it.

WE WANT THIS attitude/culture of Swarup should get spread to every indivual memeber of our group, so that whatever and whereever such half truth news comes in any reginal, local, national news paper, it should be opposed with true facts, so next time the author will be carefull and will not bluf and this way we will build the true picture infront of complete media, which will help all of us in stoping the DV bill and removing such biased laws. Well, I do not think it will work. There's nothing in our Constitution
which says that Parliament must take into account all views before
passing a bill into law. Similarly, it has been held in a number of
cases that the mere possibility that a provision may be misused does
not make it unconstitutional. That's the reason the SC upheld the
validity of 498A in the recent `Sushil Kumar Sharma vs Union of India'.

One way to challenge the new law is on the ground that it violates
Article 14 of the Constitution - equality before law and equal
protection of laws to all persons. If it can be shown with the help of
recent media reports that men are victims of DV too - as defined in the
Act, one would argue that protecting female victims from DV but not
male victims violates the `equal protection of laws' guarantee under
the Constitution.

Most of the Women NGOs and organisations are run by overfed, good for nothing and well to do (financially emancipated) women who do it for name, time pass and attention . Even female ego satisfaction. They are boggest threat to our society and have to be pushed down.

Now suppose a woman manages to induce a male and live-in with him. She canтАЩt be thrown out under domestic violence clauses. That is very funny and absurd law

Same way if a woman marries someone and lives with him for just 1 year and then opts for divorce? What will happen ? they will keep living in same house, fight and be separate too? Or she will get alimony? Or a woman walks out after 1 year and claims monthly maintenance. This is also absurd.

It is like converting prostitution into marriage act. In fact divorce should be made easy to take within a time frame of say 3-6 months maximum . Mutual consent, incompatibility and frequent quarrels, infidelity and denial of normal sex should be made easy grounds for divorce decree. The rewards should be so built that the law encourages long term relationship and not break homes.

Like for less than 1 yr relationship no reward should be given to either Spouse, Attempt should be to induce people to remain married at least for 7- 10 years. Chances of breakages will diminish then due to several biological, social reasons and fact of having children in home.

NB. Any self-respecting bride's parents at least have the option of walking away from the proposed groom if he/his family are demanding dowry. After marriage, the honest wife can apply for separation/divorce if the husband or his family are harassing her or her parents.

However, it is generally an abusive woman from a dysfunctional family who files false dowry/domestic violence cases against the husband and his family (once they tell her that they are no longer prepared to tolerate her abusive behavior). She may have been caught cheating and repeatedly lying to or stealing from her husband to help her own parents. She has to cover her tracks and what better way to hide her crimes than to accuse her victims of being the abusers. Society in its attempt to protect victimized women has made it so easy for the abusive women to do so. In some cases the vindictive wife's problem is compounded by her own brother and sister-in-law who do not want to share with their married sister (all what they want to inherit just for themselves) or that the woman's own parents think that what they have is not enough to sustain their own and their married daughter's lifestyle.

The Meaning Of 'Gender Sensitivity' In India Is As Follows:

7. Crimes of passion (including murder) by women can be blamed on the hormones (therefore, beyond their control) and therefore cannot be punished.

8. Unless it is the case of a woman against woman, the woman who turns on the tears is always in the right.

9. The bigamous woman should be rewarded (Latest scheme by the women's activists), and not punished.

As men we have been insulted, put down, lied about, wounded, investigated, financially ruined, assaulted, humiliated, and emasculated by females for long enough. We have born it with patience in the face of outrageous pressure. We have seen our children snatched from us and given over to vindictive women. We have been told to pay for the upkeep of children we have not fathered and been forced to pay for kids we cannot see. Grandparents, uncles and aunts have been denied contact with their grand kids, nephews, and nieces. Our streets teem with out-of-control and fatherless kids in our new world of single-motherdom. They are stealing, drinking, fighting and dying on our streets like never before. Kids who love their fathers are being programmed to hate them by vicious women who themselves are programmed by government and radical feminist propaganda. Judges are deaf to our cries for justice and the media is run by politicians who meet editors on golf courses and tell them to tell us what we are allowed to hear. Television is saturated by radical feminists and the men around them are too cowed to argue. Now these paragons of the "gentle sex" are beating men in their homes like never before.
Enough is enough!
This is a war but it is not one we started. This war was started by radical feminists. When feminists said they wanted equality we supported them. Women have a right to equal pay for equal work. "Good luck to them!" we wooed. When they wanted equality in the Workplace we said, "Yes, they deserve the same opportunities as the rest of us." We supported every move they made and we changed our attitudes accordingly. That should have been the end of it.

Then the radical feminists rode over the hill. They did not want equality, they wanted to control everything, they want men to be submissive to their dictates . So paranoid are these vicious and really rather stupid people, that they see any criticism of any thing they do as evidence of men trying to control them. What I find most interesting about them is that when I analyse the techniques of male and female abusers I see exactly the same behavior in the abusive individual as I see with the entire radical feminist movement. Abusers are just a microcosm of the whole radical feminist movement. Like all female abusers, what they are really doing is projecting their faults onto men. Their influence over politicians is terrifying. On the one hand there are the politicians who support everything they say. Then we have the politicians too afraid to speak out in case they are blacklisted by these creatures and their friends

Using men's natural fear of shame and of upsetting women, the radical feminists have stampeded across the world with impressive speed. It is time for men to get tough with this bunch and if the politicians will not do it then it is up to us. The radical feminists have started a war that is destroying the emotional, mental and literal lives of people -- usually, but not always men -- all over the world. Their acolytes turn up everywhere

The constant refrain we hear from them is that men are all the same. Thank God that lie is self evidently false. Other lies are not so easily fought, though. The idea that all men are rapists and that is all they are (one of the rad-fems' favorite quotes) is a sick and distorted view, sure, but it is one that has found favor with an unthinking bunch of young middle class woman and caused them to view everything male with deep suspicion and even hatred. They then teach this hate to their daughters, and false accusations, domestic violence against men, and hugely sexist and discriminatory practices against men are now common place

The radical feminists have declared war on everything male. It is now time for men everywhere to stand up and fight back. Not with violence and lies but with the truth. When they cry that we are aggressive brutes, let's remind them that we did not start the fight

What are our objectives?
Our objectives are many but also simple. We want our families back and free from the control of government. We want our kids to know both their parents. We want men who have been put out of their homes unfairly to be reinstated or compensated We want the family courts opened up to proper scrutiny or got rid of all together. We want the press to print real stories. We want female paedophiles brought to justice instead of excused, so our sons can be protected from these female predators. We want an end to women-only services. We want an end to sexist anti-male state laws and legislation. We want victims of domestic violence to be seen and treated equally as people and not in terms of their gender. We want equality for those in jail, which means being able to see their kids and being able to wear their own clothes. We want an automatic right for fathers to see and care for their kids when relationships split up, unless it can be proved that the father is unfit. We want the ability of unmarried women to leave the country with our children repealed. We want the normal rules of evidence applied to domestic violence cases and we want the police to take men's complaints seriously and act on them. We want to hold the people that robbed us of our rights or were complicit in that process to be tracked down and held to account. We want corrupt judges to be prosecuted and jailed -- not in some cushy, open jail, but in real prisons, as a warning to the rest of the judiciary that the people place them in positions of trust and it's a bad idea to abuse it. We want women who claim maintenance from men who are not the fathers to be sent to jail for fraud and for malicious intent to obtain money by deception. We want those found to be making false allegations against others in court to be sent to jail for a mandatory 5 year term or for the length of sentence that was, or would have been, given to the accused -- whichever is the greater. We want social sanctions and benefit sanctions imposed against single mothers until they stop using men as sperm banks and walking wallets. We want serious and ongoing research into all aspects of female violence and we want it published. Above all, we want females to take responsibility for their actions and all the excuses handed to them to end. And..., if the radical feminists and their political stooges don't like it, they can sit on it!

A very good sign and an example before the misguided women in India,
atleast the urbanite and psuedo modernised.
marriage is emotional,spiritula and lifelong bondage between two
persons of opposite zex
(Repeat opposite sex!).We heard of seven years itch but what is
happening today is falling apart of even newly weds after 1 or 2
years.this is serious and grave threat to society.Particularly the
children and new generation are harmed iommensely.
We should not follow the Western example.
Their own thinkers are not happy with situation.
Compromise and adjustment is name of the game.In our taditional
astrology match making was essentially matching of personality traits
and behavioural patterns.What the Pundits looked for was
compatibility.Social control in form of elders and joint families
made marriages stable and rewarding at the end of the day.
Today,several reasons can be seen:
-misplaced sense of emancipation by educated women and even not so
educated.They are meancipating from whom?
-Too much interference and ego tussles by Girl's parnets /relatives
-Foolish and draconian laws passed by boneless and vote seeking
legisltaors creating abuse of legal processes and provoke women to
blindly go for endless ineffective and meaningless litigation causing
widespread misery to all parties.The only persons laughing their way
to home are policemen and corrupt lawyers.
-lack of intervention mechanism
-Over enthusiatic and most often blindly behaving judges abusing the
provisions and spirit of special laws for women.Most often there are
no prima facie cases but they send males and their relatives to
custody knowingly and deliberatley abusing their offices and belying
the princple of abundant caution and natural justice.
-poor role played by media which is mostly provocative and not
analytical

I would advise the judiciary and the young women of India not to
tread path of litigation but that of sacrifice ,love and
commitment.they should learn to be flexible and adjusting.That is the
female virtue.
Dont break your home,baby.
Karishma and Sanjay would deserve accolades if they patch up and mend
their ways.they wopuld sure become role model for other spouses in
trouble.Stop acting like Angrez an dpsuedo modern.The real home of
married woman is her husbands home.Period.
