Vietnam War was Christian War on Buddhism (452) Kalki Gaur2006/9/5

Vietnam War was Christian War on Buddhism (452) Kalki Gaur- Vietnam War was Christian War on Buddhism.

Why US Fought the Vietnam War? First, Catholic President John F. Kennedy sent US troops in the Vietnam to promote Catholic interests in the Vietnam. From the earliest days it was obvious that the Vietnam War was something new in the modern American experience, a war fought along the ideological lines, not for any reason of imminent danger to the national security or even in support of a historic ally.

In the beginning, Vietnam War was not even a war, but something called counterinsurgency, a think-tank neologism that concealed as much as it disclosed. In the early days, Vietnam had the aura of a grand adventure, like Cuba 1898. Successive American administration insisted that fundamentally it was not about Vietnam at all. It was about Soviet Union and what the Red Army would do in Europe if the American Army failed to hold the line in south Vietnam. American troops periodically reported, "We had to destroy the village in order to save it." In Vietnam the Americans were frightened all the time. Officers always wore their helmets, and they seemed nervous. Of course the Vietnam War was unwinnable. It was useless to fight the Vietnamese. They would have fought for a thousand years. The vast, humid, unquiet land of Vietnam was a leviathan that swallowed everyone up.

Kissinger Transcripts

The Kissinger Transcripts Edited by William Burr, covering the top secret Kissinger's talks with top Chinese leaders exposes Judaic-Christian conspiracy with atheist communist China to undermine Hindu and Buddhist influences in Vietnam, Laos, & Cambodia. United States intervened in the Vietnam War to propagate Christianity and to impose the rule of Christian Vietnamese over Buddhists in South Vietnam. North Vietnam had expelled one million Christian Vietnamese to South Vietnam. Christian President Diem and his brother Archbishop Ngo Dinh Thuc, Archbishop of Hue, of Vietnam manipulated United States foreign policy to impose Christianity over predominantly Buddhist and Hindu South Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger emphasized on the Jewish heritage in Karl Marx's anti-Buddhist, anti-Hindu iconoclast ideology to cement political alliance between atheist Marxist China, and Judeo-Christianity. Judeo-Christian alliance with Judeo-Marxism transformed the US-Vietnam War into Christian war operations in South Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Jew Henry Kissinger emphasized the Judeo traditions underlying Marxism to cement the strategic partnership between Judeo-Marxist China and Judeo-Christian United States, to promote the victory of Marxist executioners in Laos & Cambodia. Henry Kissinger offered Cambodia and Laos to China in exchange for Chinese support to scuttle Vietnamese attempts to exploit its victory in War. Burma, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia, had been areas of Indian civilization, outside the influence of Chinese civilization. Christians supported the genocide of Buddhists by Christian Pol Pot in Cambodia, and by Christian Communists in Laos to overthrow the Hinduized monarchy in Laos and Cambodia. Cambodia, Laos, South Vietnam, Thailand, and Burma have been under Hindu India's civilization’s influence for more than 2,000 years. Chinese civilization failed to undermine Indian civilization’s influence in Southeast Asia as China had abandoned its shipbuilding activities shortly after Mongol invasions.

CHAIRMAN MAO: Mao said to Kissinger, now we are discussing Hegel, and I give you an opinion. Let us go back to Hegel. In Hegel's history of philosophy, he mentioned Confucius who he showed great disrespect. Hegel showed more respect for Lao-tze, but he showed the greatest respect for the philosophy of Indian Buddhism. And I also believe that was not a correct way of saying. And this is not only true of Hegel. Buddhism and Indian philosophy is just a bunch of empty worlds. And Gandhi would spin his own wool and drink goat's milk. And the influence of Gandhi's doctrine on the Indian people was to induce them into nonresistance. Gandhi did not win independence of India. (The Kissinger Transcripts, p. 195)

SECRETARY KISSINGER: Secretary Kissinger said that Indian Buddhism is a very passive philosophy. There is a sentimental love affair between Western intellectuals and India based on a complete misreading of the Indian philosophy of life. India philosophy was never meant to have a practical application. For Gandhi, nonviolence was not a philosophic principle, but because he thought British were too moralistic and sentimental to use violence against. They (British) are non-sentimental people. For Gandhi it was a revolutionary tactic, not an ethical principle. It was essentially a tactical device for him. Party, but also given the character and diversity of the English people, it was only a way to conduct struggle against the British. (Kissinger, The Kissinger Transcripts, p.195)

Nixon threatened Nuclear Attack on India in 1971

On December 10, 1971, Kissinger told Chinese ambassador that Nixon wrote a letter to Brezhnev on 6 November, that Soviet support of Indian aggression endangers the relationship between the Soviet Union and the United States. Nixon responds the next day after the Pakistani commander in the East Pakistan had asked for a cease-fire. Without a cease-fire between India and Pakistan, Nixon argues, United states would have to conclude that there is in progress an act of aggression directed at the whole of Pakistan, a friendly country, towards which USA has obligations. (The Kissinger Transcripts, p.49). The Pakistani army in the East has been destroyed. The Pakistani army in the West will run out of what we call POL-gas and oil- in another two or three weeks, two weeks probably, because the oil storage capacity in Karachi has been destroyed. We think that the immediate objective must be to prevent an attack on the West Pakistan army by India. We are afraid that it nothing is done to stop it, East Pakistan will become a Bhutan and West Pakistan will become a Nepal. The President Nixon wants China to know that it is of course up to the People's Republic to decide its own course of action in this situation, but if the People's Republic were to consider the situation on the Indian subcontinent a threat to its security, and it (China) took measure to protect its security, the US would oppose efforts of others to interfere with the People's Republic. The movement of US naval force is still East of the Straits of Malacca and will not become obvious until Sunday evening when they cross the Straits. (The Kissinger Transcripts, P.51)

Dr. Kissinger

Our judgment is if West Pakistan is to be preserved from destruction, two things are needed- maximum intimidation of the Indians and to some extend the Soviets. The Acting Secretary of State called in last night the Indian ambassador and demanded assurance that India has no designs, will not annex any territory. We (USA) do this to have a legal basis for other actions. (The Kissinger Transcripts, p 52)

United States has told Jordan, Iran, and Saudi Arabia and will tell Turkey, that if they decide that their national security requires shipment of American arms to Pakistan, we will understand. We will not protest with great intensity. And United States will make up to them in next year's budget whatever difficulties they have.(p.50) United states is moving a number of naval ships in the West pacific toward the Indian Ocean: an aircraft carrier accompanied by four destroyers and a tanker, and a helicopter carrier and two destroyers. (p.50) What is happening in the Indian subcontinent is a threat to all people. It is an immediate threat to China, but it is a threat to all people. We (USA) are talking with you to come to a common position. We know that Pakistan is being punished because it is a friend of China and because it is a friend of the United States. United States wants to preserve the army in West Pakistan so that it is better able to fight if the situation rises again. United States is also prepared to attempt to assemble a maximum amount of pressure in order to deter India. We want to keep the pressure on India, both militarily and politically. United States has no interest in political negotiations between Pakistani leaders and East Pakistani leaders as such. United States has no interest in an agreement between Bangladesh and Pakistan. It is our judgment, with great sorrow, that the Pakistan army in two weeks will disintegrate in the West as it has disintegrated in the East. (The Kissinger Transcripts, p54-55)

While Kissinger's authority at the White House seemed unchallenged, by the end of the month Nixon was thinking about the possibility of firing him. Nixon had problems with Kissinger's handling of the south Asian War. Secretary of State Rogers opposed Kissinger's South Asia policy. Nixon said by some to have wondered if Kissinger needed "psychiatric care." Nixon had stopped taking his calls. (The Kissinger Transcripts, p.58) Nixon's domestic advisers John Ehrlichman and H.R. Haldeman were expressing their concerns about Kissinger’s mood swings.

Kissinger had threatened that United States would use nuclear weapons if India decides to attack West Pakistan and occupy Kashmir. Kissinger had also induced China to invade India to forestall Indian invasion of West Pakistan. During 1971 India-Pakistan War, Kissinger viewed India, as a Soviet proxy to be countered by leaning toward Beijing's ally, Pakistan and, if necessary, by providing military support for China. (The Kissinger Transcripts, p.29)

Kissinger Gave China US Secrets:

President Nixon was anti-Semite and he commented the Jews passed the nuclear secrets to Soviet Union. Nixon was considering dismissing Dr. Kissinger as National Security Adviser. Perhaps Kissinger gave China secrets to win Chinese support to US-China rapprochement. Were security clearances of the top Chinese scientists working for US weapons laboratories expedited by Dr. Kissinger? Is it possible that the security clearance of Spy Wen Ho Lee took place to facilitate Kissinger-Mao meetings? It is also possible that Jews masterminded the Watergate scandal to remove anti-Semite Nixon from the Presidency of the United States. It would not harm the national security of the United States if a commission is set up to investigate the security clearances of the Chinese spies. Perhaps many Chinese spies were given top security clearances to facilitate the success of foreign policy of Dr. Kissinger as National Security Adviser, so that he could realize the dream of becoming the Secretary of State. Did the ambition of Dr. Henry Kissinger to become the Secretary of State, facilitated the top security clearances of many Chinese agents? Did Dr. Kissinger offer China easy access to sensitive military technologies in exchange for US-China détente? Yellow Chinese scientists could not gained top security clearances without the direct involvement of some highest power at the White House. Chinese Spy We Ho Lee could not have gained highest security clearances without the high level political support. Perhaps religious agenda introduced in the Vietnam War by Dr. Henry Kissinger resulted in the transfer of nuclear weapons secrets to China, which would allow China to replace United States as the dominant power of the world by 2050 AD. Did Dr. Kissinger promote Judeo-Christian USA's détente with Judeo-Marxist China to pursue iconoclastic anti-Buddhist anti-Hindu agenda in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam? Did some members of the clique of National Security Adviser Kissinger, play any indirect or direct role in arranging the top security clearances for Chinese scientists in US weapons research labs? Did someone promise military secrets to China, to win the favorable graces of Mao, the custodian of Judeo-Marxist heritage in the world? Why should yellow man be punished for what white man may have agreed to deliver to China, in exchange for the US-China détente?

12(34) Japan's Aum Shinrikyo Hindus

First, Aum Shinrikyo is a legitimate Saivite Hindu sect in Japan. Aum Shinrikyo worship God Siva as Almighty God. Aum Shinrikyo is a cult whose teachings are based on tenets of Hinduism and Buddhism. Many Aum followers are people lost in Japan’s workaday society and seeking guidance or spiritual salvation.

AUM SHINRIKYO & FALUN GONG: Aum Shinrikyo and Falun Gong are the legitimate Buddhist Hindu religious organization. The mass appeal made them suspect in the Christian Church and Shinto Church. Shinto leaders became scared that the God Siva worshiped by Aum Shinrikyo will overtake Buddha worship in Japan.

WHY BAN HINDUISM FOR A CRIMINAL ACT: Just because some individuals or a group committed a crime, does not justify the banning of the banning of Hinduism preached by Aum Shinrikyo. Aum is the most pious symbol of Almighty god in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is very likely that Shinto or Christian secret organization planted the subversive elements among the Aum Shinrikyo organization to perpetrate the crime. Punish those who committed the crime. However, the members of the Aum Shinrikyo cannot lose their rights unless they commit a crime. A Protestant or Catholic religious organization doing some criminal acts, would not justify the banning the Catholic Church or Protestant Church. Then how can the criminal act of some members justify the banning of Siva worship in Japan. Emperor Hirohito committed war crimes during the Second World War and Gen. McArthur could have hanged him as war criminal. Would that justify banning the religion of Shintoism?

SHINTO CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY: The most common anti-Aum tactic has been for municipal governments to refuse to accept members’ residency application. In some cities, residents do not allow children of Aum members to attend public schools or to play in the park. Businesses will not sell goods to Aum followers, restaurants will not serve them and outdoor spas will not allow them to bathe. The three waste management firms have refused to pick up the sect’s garbage and sewage.

VIOLATION OF AUM’S HUMAN RIGHTS: Japan’s treatment of Aum followers sets a dangerous precedent for a democratic society. This kind of suppression of basic democratic rights, of freedom of expression and religion will destroy free society. Kijuro Tateno Mayor of Sanwa in Ibaraki Prefecture has refused to allow 24 Aum followers to register as residents. At least 35 cities in 16 prefectures have taken steps to oust Aum members from their borders. This is the lowest treatment of any group that has been seen in Japan. There was a sign that said, Aum Get Out of the Earth and go to the Cosmos. Stones are being thrown and trucks are being crashed into Aum facilities. Aum members have been stabbed. Both the residents of the cities and members of the Aum Shinrikyo have human rights that must be protected.

PLAN TO BAN AUM SHINRIKYO: In 1997, the public Security Commission, an independent body, rejected the Government’s request to apply the country’s anti-subversion law to disband Aum Shinrikyo. At first, the Japanese government said it was studying amendments to the law that would limit the Aum Shinrikyo’s activities. However, it abandoned its plans after religious groups complained that such an amendment might also restrict their freedom.

JAPAN & SRILANKA OPPRESS HINDUISM: Buddhist Japan’s suppression of human rights of members of Aum Shinrikyo Hindu Siva Sect is similar to Buddhist Sri Lanka’s suppression of Hindu Tamils. Anti-Hindu policies of Buddhist Japan and Buddhist Sri Lanka are the direct result of Catholic conspiracy to drive a wedge between Hinduism and Buddhism.

CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST HINDU SECTS: There appear to be a world wide Catholic conspiracy to implicate Hindu religious leaders in criminal cases. Catholic conspirators have implanted criminals among Hindu religious organizations, and used it to confiscate the assets of Hindu temples. Bhagwan Acharya Rajneesh had set up a separate town, Rajneeshpuram, and its religious trusts owned property valued at more than $500 million. A criminal case devastated the organization and Catholics misappropriated $500 million Hindu temple assets. Similar criminal charges devastated the richest Hindu golden temple belonging to the ISCKON group. Hindu India will file crime against Humanity charges against the fanatic Shinto government of Japan for violating the human rights of Aum Shinrikyo Hindu Shaivite Sect members.

Japanese Surveillance Laws

A Japanese public commission ruled on Jan 31, 2000 that Aum Shinrikyo, continues to pose a threat to society and it instructed security authorities to put the sect under surveillance for up to three years. Public Security Examination Commission, which is technically an independent panel but heavily influenced by the government, invoked a 1999 Law that allows the police and Justice Ministry officials to enter the sect's property for inspection, without a search warrant. Under the surveillance law, especially directed at the Aum Shinrikyo, which recently changed its name to Aleph from Aum Shinrikyo, the sect must report the names of its assets and activities to the authorities. Every move of Aum Shinrikyo monitored by authorities. This decision is the violation of the Aum Shinrikyo's basic rights. This action would have broad implications for democracy in Japan.

Under Fire Aum Starts Over

Outside the Yokohama local office of the Aum Shinrikyo religious sect, dozens of riot police officers have been permanently stationed, to scare away the peaceful followers of the Hindu Buddhist religious sect. The growing popularity of Aum Shinrikyo has unnerved the Shinto and Christian priests in Japan. They fear that the rising popularity of god Shiva in Japan would undermine the foundations of Shinto cult and Christianity. Fumihiro Joyu, has become the de facto leader of the Aum Shinrikyo Hindu sect. Under the leadership of Aum Shinrikyo Japan would reject Christianity and Shintoism and adopt Shaivite Hinduism as the predominant religion of Japan. Japanese allege that Christian missionaries implanted the Sarin gas incident in Japan to eliminate their main religious rivals in Japan. India gave Buddhism to Japan and Shaivite Hinduism would replace Buddhism, Shintoism and Christianity in Japan before the end of the 21st Century.

Shinto thugs and Christian agents are physically threatening the Hindu missionaries of Aum Shinrikyo, fearing that Japan would become Hindu earlier than expected. The most important factor in resolving the Shinto-Hindu and Christian-Hindu religious conflicts in Japan is time. Hindu Aum Shinrikyo need time to adapt itself to the terror launched by Christian and Shinto provocateurs. Catholic orchestrates the grass root crackdown on Hindu Aum Shinrikyo and Shinto priests, who are mortally afraid of the Hindu proselytizing movement in Japan. The Hindu Aum Shinrikyo has changed its name from Aum to Aleph, which signifies new beginning. The sect has distanced itself from its founder, Shoko Asahara, who falsely accused for crime, perpetrated by anti-Hindu forces in Japan. Aum still considers Shoko Asahara as spiritual being. Just like you wouldn't stop your connection with physical fathers and mothers accused of crime, Hindu Aleph will not severe its connection with its spiritual father, Shoko Asahara. Judicial murder of Enlightened soul Shoko Asahara due to the conspiracy of Christian and Shinto priests would make Shoko Asahara a son of god, at par with Jesus Christ who was crucified by Jews. Please remember that Jews stoned to death Apostle James, the brother of Jesus Christ. Hellenized Jews were responsible for the execution of Apostle Paul and Apostle Peter. The legal execution of enlightened Hindu Shoko Asahara, the devout worshipper of God Shiva, due to the conspiracy of Christians and Shintoists would give birth to New World religion, which would destroy Christianity and Shintoism. Hindus pray to god Shiva, for the safety of Shoko Asahara. Hindus warn Japan that the execution of Shoko Asahara, the great Shiva devotee, would cause the fury of God Shiva uproot Shintoism and Christianity in Japan. Japan would become Hindu in very near future.

Aum members regard Shoko Asahara as deity, just as Christians regard Jesus Christ as the Son of God, and as Muslims regard Mohammed as the Messenger of Allah. Shoko Asahara had the dominating personality, and Aum members obeyed his leadership without question, just as Catholics obey Pope John Paul II's leadership without question. Under the extra-constitutional influence of Shinto and Catholic priests, Japanese government tacitly approved the discriminatory tactics against Hindu members of Aum/Aleph sect, as they fear that the superior spirituality of God Shiva would eliminate Christianity and Shintoism from Japan. The martyrdom of Shoko Asahara would make him the Spiritual hero of this millennium and eclipse Christianity in Asia and Africa.

12(35) India is 4th World Power

First, India is equal to China economically and militarily. The recent leap China made over India resulted from the Most Favored Nation Status it enjoyed with United States. United States promoted China to meet the challenge of Japan. Unprecedented FDIs foreign direct investments in China and unfettered access to American markets allowed China to pull ahead of India, but India would soon catch up. In 1990 the Goss Domestic Product of China was 109.9% of India’s GDP, and India’s GDP was 91% of that of China. Then China leaped ahead of India, in 1999 the GDP of China was 215.6% of India’s GDP, as China’s GDP increased by 279.5% during 1990-1999 period. India’s GDP in 1999 was 46.38% of China’s GDP in 1999, and India’s GDP increased by 142.5% during 1990-1999 period. In 2002 China’s GDP is 191.8% of India’s GDP, and India’s GDP in 2002 is 52.14% of China’s GDP. (World Development Report, 2000/2001, Attacking Poverty, World Bank, p. 296-97) China overtook India only because of Most Favored Trading Nation’s (MFN) status with United States and by the merger of Hong Kong into China and that too only during 1990’s. India has all potential to catch up with China to eventually overtake China. Economically and militarily India and China are equal and shall play equal role in the world politics.

RELIGIOUS FACTOR: During 1998, India had its first nationalist Hindu Coalition government headed by Bhartiya Janata Party's Atal Vajpayee. After the Maratha Confederacy that ruled Delhi during Nineteenth Century before 1857 AD, Hindu Government was formed at Delhi after a gap of 141 years. The previous governments headed by Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, Morarji Desai, V.P. Singh, Deve Gowda, I.K. Gujaral and P.V. Narasimha Rao were all socialist governments, secular governments that tilted in favor of Christians and Muslims. We could call none of the previous post-independence governments Hindu Government. Even when India was partitioned based on Religion and Pakistan became a Muslim state, Sri Lanka and Burma became Buddhist states, Hindus did not control political power in India. Nehru and Gandhi conspired to partition India based on Religion, and after independence kept Hindus out of corridors of power, in the name of Secularism and Socialism. Nehru had banned Hindu organizations and weeded out Hindu minded bureaucrats. For the first time in 141 years, Hindu government is in power in Delhi, even when India is the home of 800 million Hindus, who are 85% of the total population. Hindu Factor would influence Indian foreign Policy in coming years. Indian Foreign Policy makers would no longer belittle Hinduism and Buddhism. Hindu India as a leader of the Buddhist world would promote unity among Hindu and Buddhist worlds. Buddhism would become an important instrument of Indian foreign Policy. India would promote Buddhist Government in China, Taiwan, Singapore, Laos, Cambodia, Burma and Vietnam. .

NUCLEAR FACTOR:

Second, India is the world power because it has nuclear weapons. India conducted the underground explosion of a Plutonium Atom Bomb in 1974 and joined the ranks of nuclear weapon powers in 1974. Indira Gandhi failed to make a diplomatic use of Indian underground nuclear explosions, because she camouflaged it as peaceful nuclear explosion. India failed to secure great power status in 1974, similar to the status of China in 1964, when China conducted its first Atom Bomb explosion. India's peaceful nuclear intentions made India a target of preemptive nuclear strikes and culminated in the transfer of Chinese nuclear capable missiles and ready-made Atom Bomb design and fissile material to Pakistan.

Because of India's faulty nuclear weapon doctrine, namely peaceful nuclear explosion strategy, that Nuclear India after conducting the underground nuclear explosion, in 1974 at Pokharan, became vulnerable like a naked beautiful young woman roaming among nuclear rapists. Hindu Government declared its nuclear weapon power status in 1988. Nuclear India's Foreign Policy would now onwards project India as a Second Super Power. India demands status equal to China. India could also dream to replace the United States as the dominant economic power by 2020 AD.

IMPERIAL FACTOR:

Third, India is a World Power because India inherited the imperial legacy of the British-Indian Empire on 15 August 1947. Britain abdicated the British imperial legacy by joining the United Europe. The 13 ex-British Colonies of 1776 inherited the British Imperial legacy in the Continental America and it propelled the United States to reach the pacific coast. The balance of Power in Asia and in the Indian Ocean Region depends upon India. Nuclear India would step into the shoes of the British-Indian Empire to provide leadership and stability to Asia and Indian Ocean Region to reestablish the Balance of Power in Asia. We would formulate Nuclear India's foreign Policy in 21st Century on the traditions of Pre-Independence Foreign Policy of British-Indian Empire. The Post-Independence Foreign Policy based on Prime Minister Nehru's policies should not influence Indian Foreign Policy. India would abandon the policy of Non-Alignment and Anti-Colonialism. India would seek military alignments with many nations. Indian foreign policy during the previous socialist governments was not nationalistic. India should develop Indian foreign policy on a clean slate. The world of 2001 would be similar to the world of 1901 AD Anglo-Russian Rivalry of 1907 would determine future Indian policies toward Afghanistan, Iran, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. After the First World War, the Allied Powers supported the Admiral Kolchak in 1918, to create a Pro-Czar, Counter-Revolutionary Regime at Omnsk in Western Siberia. United States and China could repeat the same with General Lebed in Siberia. History is repeating itself. After weaponization and deployment of nuclear weapons, India would fall back on British imperial traditions to determine Indian Foreign Policy in 21st Century. Eternal laws of Geopolitics would determine future Indian Foreign Policy. India should discard Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi's traditions in Indian Foreign Policy.

GEOPOLITICAL FACTOR:

Fourth, India is a world power, because India is the Geopolitical Elephant. Geopolitical India has huge population and the burden of History. Indian Nuclear Weapons tests have unlocked the historical burden and Indian Elephant is preparing for a historical role befitting its size, resources and culture. Throughout history, foreigners have invaded India. India had been less than a 1,000-year foreign rule. Over hundred million Hindus converted to Islam due to force during the Muslim rule in India. British rules impose English as the official language and the common language in India. British partitioned India. Even then, India is the strongest military power from Morocco to Australia. India has never invaded other nations. India is a land power. Hindus have never attempted converting people following other religions. India has historically followed the herbivorous foreign policy. Nuclear India would adopt carnivorous foreign policy. India should emerge as a Sea Power.

ISLAMIC ATOM BOMB FACTOR:

Fifth, India is a world power, because only India can tame Islamic Nuclear weapons. The spread of nuclear weapons technology in the Islamic world would rank as one of the greatest mistakes of the Christian world. Big cannons enabled Ottoman Muslims to conquer Eastern Roman Empire. Islamic nuclear Bomb could cost European Christians around $50 million lives before 2015 AD. Only India could tame Islamic Atom Bomb. When Pakistan rejoins India in a South Asian confederation that Christian Europe will remove the Islamic Nuclear threat to Europe. A confederation of India, Pakistan and Kazakhstan would remove the threat of Islamic Atom Bomb. Pakistan's Atom Bomb is not a threat to India. Pakistan realizes that India would impose Doctrine of Depopulation of Nuclear Aggressor against Pakistan, in case of any Pakistani nuclear strike against India.

PATRIOTISM AS FACTOR:

Sixth, India is a world power, because India led by patriotic Hindu government of Atal Behari Vajpayee, determined to assert India’s rightful place under the sun. The world should judge India by the policies of the patriotic nationalist Hindu government of India. Due to 1,000 years of foreign rule in India, a class of traitors developed in India, whom invading foreign rulers implanted into corridors of power. British India followed the policy of Lord Macaulay to create a class of Brown Sahibs who looked like Indians but were loyal to foreign invaders. Spain also created a class of Mestizos in South America. Post independent India failed to exercise its status as the Great World Power because Brown Sahibs scuttled India's power and promoted China at great cost to India. India led by patriots would soon claim a rank equal to the United States in a future. Poor performance of the previous socialist governments no longer is an indicator of future India. Hindu Nuclear India would stake its rightful claim under the sun.

India 2nd Pole of Pax Britannia

Seventh, India is a world power, because even before independence in 1947, Delhi rivaled London as the Second Pole of the British Empire. India should discard the Nehruvian Model and resurrect the policies of British-Indian Empire to formulate the Foreign Policy of Nuclear India in the next Century. Indian empire provided the military foundation of the British Empire. Delhi paid the salaries of all British soldiers and British officers worldwide. British Army financed by Indian Empire. India was the second pole of the British Empire. Indian troops were used to fight all over the world.

In the First World War India sent and paid for a million men to fight for Britain and a further 2 million men were sent to fight in the Second World War. Had Indian Naval Mutiny of 18 February 1946, been successful, Yemen, Singapore, Kuwait would have become part of independent United India. Delhi was an independent player in the British Empire and Delhi paid for the salaries of all British officers and soldiers worldwide. Indian Empire decided on its own, even when fiercely opposed by London, to colonize Aden and Singapore. Indian Empire waged opium War on China. Indian Empire exercised control over British sphere of influence over Southern China. India was the 'brightest jewel in the imperial crown' of the British Empire. Anything up to 60 percent of British cotton exports went to India and the Far East, of which 40 to 45 percent went to India alone. The home of cotton was inundated with cotton. India's balance of payments surplus with every industrial country except Britain saw the transfer of foreign currency earnings supporting British finance capital. It was not just trade that made India a second pole of the British Empire but also the provision of men. Indian troops were used to fight all over the world. In the First World War India sent and paid for a million men to fight for Britain and a further 2 million men were sent to fight in the Second World War. India provided the British with the muscle to sustain and extend the empire. The decisions to colonize Singapore, (fiercely opposed by London) and Aden, to establish hegemony over the Persian Gulf, to conquer Burma and the attempt to conquer Afghanistan were all taken in India.

DISINTEGRATION OF EMPIRES AS A FACTOR: Peaceful disintegration of the Soviet Union Empire without any hostile foreign intervention, cast a gloom over the continued survival of other white colonial empires. The United States, Canada, Australia and Brazil are Empires rather than nation-states, and would face disintegration in the next century. United States and Canada could disintegrate due to internal contradictions, similar to the Soviet disintegration. Indian policy makers should contribute toward the remaking of the world order, in case of any major disintegration.

BOSNIA FACTOR: The disintegration of Yugoslavia signals that we would redraw the colonial frontiers in Africa along tribal frontiers. The world would witness 200 new sovereign states in Africa, 50 states in North & South America and 20 new states in Asia. The world with seven (7) nuclear weapon powers supervising the 500+ sovereigns' states would become more prosperous and peaceful in the 21st Century. India should encourage the emergence of new states in Africa, Americas and Asia. Sumatra, Kalimanthan, Timor, Jaya Irian and Bali would emerge as independent states, after the disintegration of Indonesia. The West has conspired to partition India then India will not consider the frontiers of its adversaries sacrosanct.

Commonwealth Common Market:

The Commonwealth of Nations should expel Britain and invite the United States to join the Commonwealth. The Commonwealth Common Market would rival United Europe within five (5) years. The Commonwealth should promote English in Hispanic America. Commonwealth and Organization of American States should join as economic partners.

Indian Naval Mutiny

After the war the British tried to put on trial for treason a number of the former soldiers of the INA. The first trial was held in Delhi, in November 1945 with a Hindu, a Muslim and a Sikh in the dock together. On 18 February 1946 all ratings of HMIS Talwar, the Signal Training Establishment of the Royal Indian Navy (RIN) at Bombay, walked out of the mess in protest against bad food and racist insults. There were some 60 RIN ships in Bombay harbor at that time. As the ratings went back from shore leave that evening, they took back with them the news of the strike in Talwar. By the next morning every ship and shore establishment was on strike. The tricolor, crescent and hammer and sickle flags were intertwined and raised jointly on the mastheads of the rebel fleet. The CPI called for a general strike and got an enormous response, with 300,000 downing tools in Bombay despite opposition of both the Congress and Muslim League. Both the Muslim League and Congress spoke out openly against the rebellion. According to Gandhi the ratings were 'setting a bad and unbecoming example for India' and he went on to explain that 'a combination between Hindus and Muslims and others for the purpose of violent action is unholy.'

Just as America supported Islamic terrorists and Wahhabi fundamentalists, Britain supported Muslim separatists to weaken Indian Empire. Islamic fundamentalism was promoted by British secret services to promote the oil colonial interests of Britain. After the Indian Mutiny of 1857 the British deliberately promoted communalism through separate electorates and job and educational reservations for Muslims from the late 19th century. Through the preservation of the zamindari system they placed Hindu lords to rule over Muslim peasants and vice versa. Indian nationalism was really a product of the 20th century. Though the Indian National Congress was founded in 1885, it did not go far beyond its original elite intellectual confines and was still little more than an irritant. The international rupture caused by the First World War, the massive jolt the Depression caused the international economy, and the Second World War saw Indian capitalism grow and expand. The grip the British held over the Indian economy loosened and Indian concerns sprang up in engineering and other trades supplying the army and navy including iron and steel, paper and cement. The Communists played a role in helping the Muslim League. The Communist Party of India (CPI) was formed in the mid-1930s and was at birth a Stalinist organization. CPI in the early 1940s decided to extend its tacit support to the demand for a separate homeland for Muslims.

India was the world’s sixth largest industrial power after the end of the Second World War. India’s share to the world trade was 4% of the global trade during First World War. The British reinforced their stranglehold over the Indian economy to slow down the pace of industrialization giving the struggle for independence a somewhat protracted character. Yet the economic base of the Indian industrial bourgeoisie had strengthened enormously proving to be decisive and irreversible. Industrial expansion was accompanied by the growth in size and organization of the working class. In 1920 and 1921 tens of thousands of jute workers, railway workers, steel workers, textile workers and tea plantation workers struck in all major cities. In 1921 there were 396 recorded strikes involving some 600,000 strikers and 7 million strike days lost. A memorandum of the Royal Commission on Labour noted, 'The industrial worker has become more class conscious as a result of the economic and political influences which have come into play since the war.' In 1928-29 the strike wave involved more workers than in 1921. Bombay was paralyzed by a wave of major strikes in the textile industry. Workers were involved in political protests too. M.K. Gandhi hired by Gujarati and Bania textile mill owners to break strikes in the textile mills, and to discourage establishment of textile mills in any other city other than Bombay and Ahmedabad by aggressively promoting the use of handloom and handicraft.

In 1860 India accounted for five percent of the world exports, and in 1914 India’s share of the world trade was 4 percent. In 1860, James Wilson, India's first Finance Member in the British Parliament, lauding India's thriving exports in his budget speech, said, "almost everything produced in India was in constant demand and almost every article of importance required in Europe is found increasing in India. So varied are her products. There is great security for the future. Let cultivation be extended ever so much because there is no fear of a no market for Indian goods." Those days India accounted for a share of four to five percent in the global exports. Even on the eve of the First World War, India had a share of about four percent in the export market.

But by 1947, the year India became independent, things changed. Our exports tumbled down to about 2 per cent share. In 1997, after fifty years of sustained effort to achieve self-sufficiency and self-reliance, we are relegated to the role of a bit player. India accounts for almost 17 per cent of the world population. It also boasts of a broad based industrial and technological base. Yet it is placed virtually at the foot of the leader in terms of its export performance. As many as 29 countries-Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, Thailand and Turkey, which had a negligible presence at the global market place years ago, have surged ahead of India. To blame the fiscal policies of the government, particularly in the early days of independence and at the height of permit-quota Raj is missing the woods for the trees, though there is no denying that a lack of export commitment characterized the period till mid early eighties. The UN handbook of International Trade and Development clearly brought this fact into focus way back in 1972. When the global exports were increasing annually by 6.3 per cent, Indian exports registered a zero growth. Even the decade 1950-1960 was characterized by zero growth in exports. Primarily our neglect of export trade was on account of what may be called export pessimism. We have much to learn from the Chinese even in the arena of export drive. In the year 1947, our two countries were on the same footing. Even in 1990, India’s GDP was not far behind that of China, and India had higher per capita income than China. India lost is footing in 1990s. But in a matter of four decades, China surged ahead and has carved out a niche with its low cost, high volume products.
