Harassed husbands club together in Jaipur

JAIPUR: For ages, it's been the women who have been silent
sufferers. But today it is the men who are crying hoarse about
their 'tormenting' wives.
And these harassed husbands have now come together in Jaipur to form
Sangya Balya, an organisation meant to save them from their
torturous wives.
This unique organisation will provide all sympathetic and legal aid
to the stressed husbands. The organisation has already received over
650 complaints from the victims in the mere four months of its
existence. The centre has two legal advisors.
"Inspired by a similar organisation in Bangalore, I decided to start
this centre in the city. Husbands who are victims at the hands of
their wives can be found everywhere," Abhishek, one of the founders
of this organization, told IANS.
"Almost 95 percent of the cases here are about wives either
demanding money after divorce or a share in their husband's
property," Abhishek, who only uses his first name, added.
He also said several wives just demand separation and not divorce so
that their husbands would not be able to settle in their lives ever
again.
A harassed husband on the condition of anonymity said this
organisation would be a real help as mostly the husbands are blamed
for all wrong doings because the women here enjoy a special status
in the society.
"My wife has sought a divorce from me just because I couldn't
tolerate the increasing interventions of my in-laws. When I asked
them to reconsider the decision, I was threatened to be sued for
demanding dowry and torturing my wife which I never did," says
Prakash, another victim.
However, Sangya Balya has earned some brickbats from woman activists
as well. "A woman can never create problems for her husband. When a
woman tries to maintain her own distinctiveness, she is labelled a
rebel. If you compare the statistics of atrocities on women and
atrocities by women, things would become crystal clear," said Deepa
Joshi, a women activist and a college lecturer.
Another women activist Neeru Swamy, asks, "Neither do women rape,
nor do they demand dowry. And they hardly ever seek divorce. Then
how come a husband becomes a victim of his wife's atrocities?

Then why they file false 498a, they are not asking it directly as they will not get Alimony from husband, these modern surpanakas knows, how to get divorce indirectly.
i can show you many examples women use this 498a and got divorce, actually they fedup soon in marriage, after knowing how much she get if she divorced, and for such women it is easy to get other man when she get money from ex husband.

PATIALA, OCTOBER 18: The Patiala Police today claimed to have cracked the murder case of Chandigarh Labour Court presiding officer Vijay Singh with the arrest of Dr Ravdeep Kaur and Granthi Manjit Singh.
Dr Ravdeep, the police said, was madly in love with Vijay Singh and wanted him to divorce his wife and marry her. She paid Manjit Rs 5 lakh for the murder, the police added.
The police said Dr Ravdeep Kaur confessed that she paid Manjit Rs 50,000 as advance and Rs 2.5 lakh on the day of the murder. Manjit, 25, has a criminal record, the police said. SSP Dr Amardeep Singh Rai said the police were yet to find whether Manjit committed the crime only for money.
Sources said Dr Ravdeep, who runs Ravi Hospital in the city, had been living separately from her husband, also a doctor, for the last few years. She has a 14-year-old son.
SSP Rai said during the interrogation, the two said they had been following the judge for several days. They got an opportunity on Thursday when he had come for a walk to Polo Grounds without security guards. But the police are not sure how many persons attacked the judge.
The police had recovered a mobile phone from the murder site. The judge had received over 27 stab wounds.
Doc lodged complaint
patiala: SSP Dr A S Rai said Dr Ravdeep Kaur had lodged complaint with the police in January, alleging that the judge had beaten up her servant. She was called to the police station and questioned. Howver, the complaint was found baseless and no case was registered.

There is a story of a man who used to live at the outskirts of a village where frequent visit of wild animals like tigers were sighted. For the sake of amusement, the man started screaming and warned people of an approaching tiger. The villagers immediately took heeds of his words and run and took shelter into their little homes. People of the village understood that it was a mischief by that man. Villagers came to know of his stupid pranks and decided to ignore him. One day a real tiger approached and the man did screamed for help. But the villagers ignored him and the man was attacked and killed by the tiger.
Women have misused the laws enough. Now, if a real dowry harassment takes place, the law will not hold good to protect that woman. Who is to be blamed ? Each and every woman of India. Women have dug their own grave for misusing the laws too much. It is also obvious that women being moron and stupid, they will never understand what man has gone through while they were misusing these laws.
Now sit on your laurel and say good bye to your so-called "protection".
