RAPE and Punishment
I was Reading some other Posting of a user.
Here is Another Brave girl just 15 year old, used RAPE law to get what she wanted; but at least she managed to send him to jail and she is scot Free.

A girl (15yrs old) filed a false rape case against Kamlesh Ahire of
Mumbai and police arrested him and was severally beaten up in jail.
After investigation, police found no evidence that Kamlesh is the rapist.
The girl liked Kamlesh but he wasn't interested in her. She - out of
revenge - filed a false case of rape against him. Fortunately, police
failed to find any evidence because the accusation was false. Police
have released Kamlesh. Police have also said that they can't
prosecute the girl for false allegation because she is a Minor.

Girl bites boy she can't seduce!

Unable to stand the bitter taste of rejection, Swati (name changed) from Muzaffarnagar, decided to bite into the young man who had dared to turn down her amorous advances.
The 22-year-old woman was reportedly infatuated with Rakesh, seven years her junior. She invited him over several times to her place and tried to seduce him when no one was around. The teenager however resisted on every occasion, allowing her just the odd kiss.
On Wednesday Swati once again invited Rakesh on the pretext that she had cooked his favourite dishes.
When the boy reached Swati's home, she allegedly locked him inside a room and asked him to take off his pants. When he refused to give in, she disrobed him forcibly and tried to have sex. She even threatened to implicate the youngster in a false case of rape if he didn't do her bidding.
Despite all her threats, Rakesh continued to offer resistance to his tormentor. Infuriated by his behaviour, Swati tore off the boy's clothes and then bit him in half a dozen places, including his private parts.
Such was the viciousness of the attack that Rakesh had to be later admitted to a local hospital for treatment.
Once the matter became known, a community Panchayat was called and it urged the boy's parents not to file a complaint with the police as this would soil Swati's reputation. The parents accepted the verdict of the community peers and consequently didn't take any legal action.
However, the police learnt about the incident and is now interrogating the girl, her parents as well as the boy.
Swati's family is terrified that if the charges against her are found to be true, the cops could charge the girl with attempted rape and assault.
