Indian men do not have Any rights.
West think, in India women are Exploited, humiliated and harassed,
They do not know, what is the TRUTH and reality.
No men in India has any rights. They are the BOSS of the home, they have wifes permission to say so.
I Really pitty these men, Even Government is not suporting them.
In divorce also, Indian women has additional clauses for claiming divorce than men.
Women can refuse to do house work, and man cann`t force her to do so, refer Domestic violence Act 2005.
Husband cann`t have sex with his wife, he can be charged with marital Rape, if women withhold sex with husband man has no rights to defend him.
Now Indian women got Property rights too from her Father, still she can demand husband property if she divorced.
If marriage is end up in Divorce for wifes fault also, man will end up paying her Alimony life Long.
Women can charge her husband with dowry Law and send all his Family members, his old age parents and pregnant sisters to jail, still she will not get any punishment for filing IPC-498a.
Women will get child custody no matter how good her husband is.
I would like to salute all Indian law makers, for giving us such a good laws.

Good blog, now I can fight for my rights
My husband was not agreeing to my terms till now. With all the inputs u have given in the blog I can contact a lawyer and charge him with anything and have my way of life. Thanks, will let u know

You are right Sunita, I agree with you. Indian Women are really very powerful indeed. They have managed to persuade the Indian Government to make biased laws which only favour women. Impressive achievement.
I also would like to console the Indian Women in advance because very soon all their achievements and power status will come to an end.
You'll have achieved this power status with Unity. Now Indian Men will break your status with the same Unity. So far man tried to fight back all alone. Now Indian Men are joining hands and you are very well aware the power of Unity. And all this is happening right under your very nose. You'll won't even realise when you lost your ground and power status. Just wait and watch. However, you'll need not lose confidence. Indian Men will be happy to fight with a tough competitor.

Many wifes and her parents say that the husband has to agree to all the wims of the wife else his life will be distroyed. He can not live with his children, can not talk to his parents, have to agree to every point of view of the wife, all decisions are hers and responsibility of bad decisions is his. He is expected to support the wife by saying false things, in every evil wish of her. Which is true as the laws are one sided. There are lots of well paid feminist organizations, none for men. These brainwash the press by one sided views, since they are basically feminist and so unethical, believe in saying false things.
So it looks as if there is nothing a husband can do. The fact is God is great. There are lots of ways to live, he will provide husbands some way to live in a good way also.
To fight your dominating, crual wife and her parents is the real hero.

I respect your courage and confidence. Good for you. Like I said earlier, men have fought this social terrorism all alone. But now things have changed. Men are uniting and have understood the tricks of the trade. I agree that Feminist International organisation and government laws are with you women. I also agree that the government unconditionally believes that men are the prime culprit. But, you are missing a point here. Men have always, always believed that their life will be complete after getting married to a woman and raise their beautiful kids. Men have understood that women no longer deserve leniency or any little consideration. Therefore, now men will treat women using brains and not heart. Its too early to say anything what we men are planning to counterattack your conspiracy.
I just don't get it. Why would you ruin other's happy married life just because you ended up in a divorce ? Think again. Move on with your life instead of messing up others lives because there is someone up there watching you.

Indian Government is With us.
We do not worry about your counter attackes. We have many more plans in our mind.
Sooner we will pass many more Laws to favor us.
we are never Wrong, if so, why we are getting government Grant. so whatever we do is totally legal.
1st come out of charges you are accused, so far we manged to get away with 498a only, now we have Domestic violence bill.
All MPs remote control is in our hand, after all by Evening they have to go home, do whatever we will make sure that these LAWs should stay long.
