Adoption LAW should be made equal for men.
Sushmita sen has adopted a child, and press praises her for that, but unmarried actor was refused adoption of child. Law permits a single women to adopt a child, but a single man can not adopt a child. This is unnecessary interference of LAW.
This unequality is unfair and should be stopped. A single person should be legally allowed to adopt a child, we can put some conditions
e.g, few responsible persons in society ( say gazeted officers etc. ) should sign that they think the child will be taken care of better then a average child in the country. |
