Mens Rights Demands.

Compiled a few demands as told by some persons. Please add you demand. You can post unanonymous.

• WCD( Ministry of women and Child development ) and NCW ( National commission for Women ) should be headed by women who are successful grandmothers. These women would have seen the full cycle of life, so can take better decisions about making new LAWs for marriages and interactions between sexes.

Most Feminist's leaders are women with failed relationship with men. Unfortunately Indian new LAW's for marriages and man women relationships are being made by women with failed marriages or those who never married. These women are envious of women with children and successful marriages, so are making LAW's and 100's of small small things to distroy maximum marriages.

For example the department who has changed most LAWs of marriges and is responsible for drafting the LAW is Ministry of Women and child development. This ministry with lots of money is headed by Renuka Chaudhary, who has filed the dreaded LAW of 498a ( mental torture for asking Dowry ) against even her NRI soninlaw. This law is non bailable saying police should arrest the husband any of his relatives , and do investigation of whether the complaint is false or true later. Allmost all wife allege 498a in case of any marital difference of openion. People say that Renuka Chaudhary do not live with her husband also ( I have to collect proof though ).

Then comes Nation Commision for women ( NCW ), this is headed by Girija Viyas, she had never married. Looks like our country politicians think that only women who do not marry or in failed marriage are women, rest are second grade women. It is said that Girija Viyas daily pores 2 cups of tea in morning , one of this is for her mother who have died long back.

Mens rights activists are demanding that these 2 important posts should be given to women who are successful grandmothers, these women would have seen the full cycle of life, so can take better decisions about making new LAWs for women.

Another feminists example is Bindra Carat, she do not have any children. Since feminists want to portray that Indian religion is bad, it is not surprising thst Ms Bindra lad the attach on Swami Ramdev, who is helping large number of Indians by Yoga and medicines.

• Seperated men's statistics should be collected, including those who have not filed for divorce ( by seeing CAW complaints received and maintenace cases. So that society knows the truth. In India husband do not get divorce as the LAW is like that. So husbands do not file for divorce to avoid paying more money without gaining anything.

Public should know how many marriages are failing, how many couples are living seperately, in whatever stage of fight. This will help persons take informed decisions.

• Seperate divorce, seperated men,  statics by religion should be collected by non feminists organizations, e.g. Muslim Divorce rate statistics.

• Maintenance laws should be same for husband and wife. 125CrPC should be modified.
• Just as husband has no rights in wife's ancestral proporty , wife should have no rights in husband's ancestral property. Or if that is not acceptable, both should have equal rights in each others ancestral property.
• "A person seeking/ receiving maintenance from spouse
  must submit a certificate stating that he/she remained unmarried, chaste and
  complete information on current income. This is NOT a new demand, as the present Indian law states clearly the same. It is ONLY just the practical implementation of the law.
  
•  Automatic divorce after 7 years of seperation.  This is basic human rights.
•   Not cooperating with divorce process (denying divorce to spouse) amounts to
  cruelty. (This is one of the basic reasons for most cases and also the
  enoromous delays now).
  
• When 2 persons enter marriage they enter the relationship considering the present LAW's. If the conditions of marriage LAW's were different, any of the parties may have decided not to enter the marriage with that person but find some other person. It would be unfair say to change the conditions of a contract after the contract was signed, and half completed. So LAWs of marriages passed after the marriages had already taken place should not be applied to these marriages. For example Oct 2006 DV ( Domestic Violence ) LAW for occupying house by wife, should not be applicable to marriages done before Oct 2006.

• Single a seperated men should be allowed to adopt a child, just as single women are allowed to adopt a child.
