1. Impartial judges are not allowed as per new law proposal by radical feminists. Unbelievable but true. The Law proposal practically says Judge committee chairperson should be a women, committed to the cause of women. Minimum 2 of judge committee members should be women who are committed to the cause of women. One member should be from an external organisation committed to the cause of women.

The problem with this LAW proposal is if you dare to tell the truth about a conflict telling both a man's and women's points, you will no longer be considered someone "committed to the cause of women" and so no longer satisfy the condition to become a judge.

This demand is to open doors to have similar biased judge in matrimonial DV LAW ( 2006). So husband and his relatives or friends will lose the house by false complaints by the wife, legally. With women rights activists only as judges ( as demanded by propaganda of Govt. paid feminists all over the press nowadays) , what a husband or his friend ( whose house is in question ) says will not even be listened or asked, practically. Practically wife just have to say I want to live in this house with my parents or friends, that is sufficient to through out the husband and his relatives or friends from the house in question, by using Domestic violence LAW ( Oct 2007). By present LAWs wife very easily gets extra maintenace for renting a similar cost house from husband, apart from regular maintenance, but is sometimes difficult to legally occupy the house owned by Husbands mother or Father, and through these old persons out of house.

Supreme court found fault with Domestic Violence act Oct 2006, made by feminists. As per the Domestic violence act Oct. 2006 wife or girlfriend can occupy any house she had sex in. The house may be of the boys ( or husbands ) friends or relatives. She may have lived in the house many years back, this do not make any difference. In case she had had sex in many houses she can practically chose the best house. Supreme cort said to avoid chaos in society, this new Domestic Violence LAW should apply to only houses owned or rented by the husband, and not on the house owned by the motherinlaw. As expected Feminists are all over the press fighting the supreme court ruling, saying women should allowed any house she had sex in, irrespective of who is the owner of the house, all persons she want have to leave the house. So that she can stay in the house with her relatives or friends.

Impartial judges by LAW as demanded by feminists LAW makers at WCD are not good for justise, so please help oppose this new LAW proposal. Let judges continue to be impartial.

Already you get lot of money from radical feminists organizations if your article with one sided wrong feminists views is printed in press, else no money. This is resulting in biased one sided articles against men in press. Let press have the leagal rights to know details of both false and true complaints, and not just complaints in which money was given to women for sexual harressment complaint.

3. The bill focus on extracting money. This is wrong to give money for sexual harressment at workplace etc. Reasonable punishment can be their, if proved guilty, but no money please to instigate and trap by false sexual harressment complaints. That also with such a committee , for becoming a member of which, you have to lie and say one sided women related things only.

Good women are not so cheap that they want money for sexual harressment.

Also this LAW proposal is practically made to help if a women thinks she would be fired from job due to whatever reasons like firing of many persons, she can file sexual harressment case to safeguard her Job on any male. Alos if she filed many such sexual harressment complaints previously, can not be told or writen anywhere as per LAW proposal, so no harm to her.

4. Law on sexual harressment needs to be written in totally gender neutral language. Sexual harressment laws in other countries are written in gender neutral language.

We are far to angry about this LAW proposal wrongly called " Sexual harressment at Workplace" to write politely, more then 20 comments from readers and many more pages of analysys of this LAW's, and LAW's original content, also present Supreme court guidelines on this can be found at blogs listed.

Study hard how present Supreme court guidelines about sexual harressment LAW's have been totally thrown to garbage by feminists at Ministry of Women and child development (WCD) to make this evil LAW proposal.

1. It is impossible for a Indian man to get divorce, even if he has proofs of wife beating him.

2. It is very easy for wife to get divorce, just walk in a CAW ( crime against women ) cell or go to NCW ( National commission for women ) or other such Govt. funded women NGO organizations. These organizations will give husband simple choice soon, either go to jail with relatives under Dowry Law, and lose house under DV act passed in Oct 2006, or sign divorce papers. Well he has also to give lots of money even if the wife is working more them him, else you know the one sided LAWs.

3. More then 10,000 matrimonial discord cases in Delhi alone last year. Increasing exponentially. Women organizations will not let Govt. collect data what % of these are working women. % of men forced to live seperated full life not collected with corers and coreres of Govt. money given to feminists. Everyday new wrong radical feminists LAWs in pipeline. Husband can not get mainenance, and very easy for wife to get 1/3 sallary of husband, + house, + money for child, ofcourse without giving divorce.
