Money for sexual harressment allegations :
"Proposed LAW of sexual harressment at workplace" by Ministry of women and Child development India.
The law says pay money to the women complaining of sexual harressment at worplace. Then goes all ways to ensure that innocents are traped by false cases for money or revenge or to blackmail.
The 1st question is, should we give very easy money to encourage false cases at workplace, of sexual harressment.
This law is encouraging legal blackmail for money by entrapment and false sexual harressment cases. Good women are not so cheap that they want money for sexual harressment. There can be appropriate punishment if proven guilty, but no money to encourage to file false sexual harressment cases.
(2). Further, if a Local Complaints Committee finds a defendant guilty of the sexual harassment complained of, the Local Complaints Committee can recommend that the defendant pay compensation to the aggrieved woman, commesurate with the gravity of the act of sexual harassment and the wage of the defendant. Any such compensation shall be deducted by the employer from the monthly wages of the defendant, in such installments as the employer deems fit, and paid over to the aggrieved woman.
The word "recomend" is wrong, delibrately choosen too light , it should be "order". After all this is a order that the employer will have to deduct from the monthly wages of the man and give to women.
Aggrieved women word is wrong ( assumption, what if she is doing this for revenge, or blackmail? ) , word should be complainant , and in case someone else is filing on her behalf, the word used should be extended complainant.
Apart from this the women can again ask money from the courts.

(13) Without prejudice to the rights and remedies available under this act and in addition thereto thereunder, a person aggrieved shall have the right to claim compensation from the defendant for any sexual harassment to which she may have been subjected to in an appropriate Court of law. .
(14) In any claim under the preceding clause, the appropriate Court or forum, upon satisfaction on a balance of probabilities that the defendant has committed sexual harassment, shall award appropriate just and reasonable compensation to the person aggrieved taking into account the following factors:
(a) The mental trauma, pain , suffering and emotional distress caused to the person aggrieved.
(b) The loss in career opportunities due to this particular incident.
(c) Medical expenses incurred by the victim for physical or psychiatric help.
(d) The income and financial status of the defendant.
(Explanation: in any action under clause (14), the person aggrieved may submit an authorized or certified report of the Internal Complaints Committee or the Local Complaints Committee, the Court or forum shall presume that sexual harassment has taken place and shall proceed to award compensation without requiring the person aggrieved to establish her claim of sexual harassment. However, the defendant in such a case shall have the opportunity to establish the such report of the Internal Complaints Committee or the Local Complaints Committee, as the case may be, is perverse and contrary to law or in violation of the principles of natural justice.)

Money and no write to apeal on the point if sexual harresment happenned or not in courts, is totally wrong even persons can apeal to supream court again, against supreme court order. Why innocents can not apeal against a biased feminist commitee order, wrong definations of sexual harressment, using balance of probabilities in law ( why use balance of probability also.. the courts do not have the rights to determine if sexual harressment actually took place ), this is all too much wrong.
As per the faminists strategy to hide the most important points they put in the last, in this case to hide even more they put in the last as well as brackets . Read carefully first hand the last few lines, and think how 1000's of feminists's are paid by Govt. under various pretexts, to make a law in such a way that the truth can be hidden.
For repetition the question is should we encourage false complaints and entrapment for money at workplace under sexual harressment new Law proposal by feminists, or no meney incentive should be there.
